STAIN REMOVAL THROUGH NOVEL OXIDIZER AND CHELANT COMBINATION
The present invention relates to a detergent composition comprising alkali metal carbonate, a chelant selected from the group consisting of MGDA, alkali metal tripolyphosphate, GLDA, and mixtures thereof, alkali metal percarbonate, and a peroxidation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of chelant to alkali metal percarbonate is in the range of 1.8 to 3.4. The detergent composition is particularly suited for the removal of tea and coffee stains.
Surfactant blend for removal of fatty soils
Alkaline cleaning compositions with a blend of an amine and a nonionic alcohol ethoxylate between about 1:2 to about 1:10, preferably about 1:5 to about 1:10, with an alkalinity source and chelant are provided. The cleaning compositions provide efficacious cleaning of fatty soils to enhance fatty soil removal. Methods of cleaning surfaces using the cleaning composition are also disclosed.

Formulations comprising (A) at least one aminocarboxylate selected from methylglycine diacetate (MGDA), iminodisuccinic acid (IDA) and glutamic acid diacetate (GLDA), and salts and derivatives thereof, and (B) at least one alkoxylated alkyleneimine polymer with an average molecular weight M.sub.w in the range from 800 to 25 000 g/mol which has a positive charge density of at least 5 meq/g and which has in the range from 2 to at most 80% by weight alkylene oxide side chains, based on total alkoxylated alkyleneimine polymer.

Container comprising a single unit dose of a detergent composition containing at least one complexing agent (A) dissolved in an aqueous medium, said complexing agent (A) being a mixture of the L- and D-enantiomers of glutamic acid diacetic acid (GLDA) or its respective mono-, di-, tri- or tetraalkali metal salts or its mono-, di-, tri- or tetraammonium salts, said mixture containing predominantly the respective L-isomer with an enantiomeric excess (ee) in the range of from 5 to 90%, wherein said container is made from a polymer.
CONTAINER COMPRISING A DETERGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING GLDA
Container comprising a single unit dose of a detergent composition containing at least one complexing agent (A) dissolved in an aqueous medium, said complexing agent (A) being a mixture of the L- and D-enantiomers of glutamic acid diacetic acid (GLDA) or its respective mono-, di-, tri- or tetraalkali metal salts or its mono-, di-, tri- or tetraammonium salts, said mixture containing predominantly the respective L-isomer with an enantiomeric excess (ee) in the range of from 5 to 90%, wherein said container is made from a polymer.
Cleaning composition
A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from 1% to 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system; and b) from 0.1% to 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of Formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein the radicals R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are independently selected from NH2, —H, linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms and n is from 0 to 3 and wherein at least one of the radicals is NH2.

A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from 1% to 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system; and b) from 0.1% to 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of Formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein the radicals R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are independently selected from NH2, —H, linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms and n is from 0 to 3 and wherein at least one of the radicals is NH2.
Aqueous proteolytic enzyme-containing formulation for the cleaning of hard surfaces
An aqueous formulation includes a) one or more proteolytic enzymes, b) one or more anionic surfactants, c) one or more non-ionic surfactants, d) one or more corrosion inhibitors, e) one or more multivalent aliphatic alcohols, f) one or more complexing agents, and g) one or more of para-hydroxybenzoic acid and esters thereof. The pH value of the formulation is in the range of from 9. to 12.5. The formulation is used in the mechanical cleaning of hard surfaces, in particular of medical instruments, and is preferably silicate free.
