T CELL GENE EXPRESSION ANALYSIS FOR USE IN T CELL THERAPIES

The application provides T cell gene expression signatures that can be used to predict T cell therapy outcomes.

Microorganisms and methods for enhancing the availability of reducing equivalents in the presence of methanol, and for producing 1,2-propanediol, n-propanol, 1,3-propanediol, or glycerol related thereto

Provided herein is a non-naturally occurring microbial organism having a methanol metabolic pathway that can enhance the availability of reducing equivalents in the presence of methanol. Such reducing equivalents can be used to increase the product yield of organic compounds produced by the microbial organism, such as 1,2-propanediol, n-propanol, 1,3-propanediol or glycerol. Also provided herein are methods for using such an organism to produce 1,2-propanediol, n-propanol, 1,3-propanediol or glycerol.

Processes for the production of tryptamines
11661617 · 2023-05-30 · ·

Disclosed herein are prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbes, including E. coli and S. cerevisiae, genetically altered to biosynthesize tryptamine and tryptamine derivatives. The microbes of the disclosure may be engineered to contain plasmids and stable gene integrations containing sufficient genetic information for conversion of an anthranilate or an indole to a tryptamine. The fermentative production of substituted tryptamines in a whole-cell biocatalyst may be useful for cost effective production of these compounds for therapeutic use.

Production of sterols in modified yeast

The present invention is related to production of a sterol mix in a modified yeast cell, wherein the amount of zymosterol present in said mix is dramatically reduced or abolished via modification of sterol acyltransferase activity within said yeast. The modified yeast cell can be used for production of vitamin D3 or derivatives and/or metabolites thereof.

Compositions and methods for improving immune system function

Provided herein are compositions and methods for improving immune system function. In particular, provided herein are compositions, methods, and uses of YY1 and EZH2 inhibitors for preventing and reversing T-cell exhaustion (e.g., for use in immunotherapy).

Methods and compositions for modulating gene expression

The present disclosure provides compositions with a modulating gene expression and methods for modulating transcription.
