STERILIZATION SIEVE TRAY WITH CORRUGATIONS OR INDENTED/BULGED SHEET METAL BASE
A sieve tray for receiving objects to be disinfected or sterilized includes a base which has a plurality of openings and a base plane delimited by lateral walls. The base is a sheet metal part which has corrugations or indentations which protrude out of the base plane towards the sieve tray interior and/or sieve tray exterior such that the sheet metal part imitates a meshwork structure.
FLEXIBLE DIVIDER FOR FILTER BASKETS
A divider for a sterilization filter basket for sterilizing medical instruments has two lateral wall sections and a central wall section therebetween. The divider is substantially flat in configuration, and the central wall section is perforated by a multiplicity of openings. One lateral wall section or both lateral wall sections has/have a slit-shaped notch, so that the lateral region of the lateral wall section, which is separated by the slit-shaped notch, is formed as a resilient section that has a number of lateral protrusions. If only one lateral wall section is formed in this way, then the other lateral wall section has a number of protrusions that extend at least partially in the lateral direction and at least partially in a direction perpendicular to the extension plane of the central wall section.
SURGICAL TRAY EFFICIENCY SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
A surgical tray efficiency system comprising a vertical rack assembly for holding and displaying a plurality of surgical instrument trays, a sterile barrier covering the vertical rack assembly and including tray location identifiers, and a standardization software platform including a customizable interactive planogram is described. The customizable interactive planogram software helps operating room staff arrange the instrument trays on the vertical rack assembly according to a predetermined customizable location ID, and create/load/access information related to the surgical procedure/trays/instruments before, during, and after the surgery.

UNIVERSAL ENDOSCOPE DRYING CABINET
Embodiments for a universal endoscope drying cabinet are disclosed. In an embodiment, an endoscope drying cabinet comprises: a first compartment configured to receive at least one endoscope; a second compartment and a partition separating the first and second compartments. The partition comprises an aperture and an airflow accelerator configured to generate a first pressure in the first compartment and a second pressure in the second compartment, wherein the first pressure is greater than the second pressure. The endoscope drying cabinet further comprises: a conduit extending through the at least one aperture, wherein a proximal end of the conduit terminates in the first compartment and a distal end of the conduit terminates in the second compartment. Additionally, the endoscope drying cabinet comprises: a distal end coupled to the proximal end of the conduit and a proximal end configured to receive at least two different sizes of endoscope distal tips.
DEVICE TO SUPPORT AT LEAST ONE ARTICLE TO BE SUBJECTED TO WASHING, STERILIZATION AND/OR HEAT DISINFECTION TREATMENT
A device to support an article with an oblong and flexible configuration, to be subjected to a washing, sterilization and/or heat disinfection treatment, including a frame defining a support plane configured to receive and support one article to be treated. The support device includes a plurality of holding and positioning elements associated with the frame and that define a plurality of housing seatings disposed aligned along a positioning path and each configured to receive and hold a portion of the article in a predefined position.
Modular Tray and Bracket Assembly for Equipment Sterilization
The present disclosure provides advantageous tray and bracket assembly that is configured and adapted to promote modularity and withstand the harsh environment of central sterile processing processes. Modular bracket assembly may be removed and relocated on tray without additional fasteners or components. Tray and bracket assembly may further provide identification features to correctly associate cataloged reusable medical devices to identified trays.
Elongate implant containing a structurally encoded pin, carrier and reading system therefor
A carrier for retaining a plurality of implants each comprising a structurally encoded pin, the structurally encoded pin having a shape or surface characteristics discernable by an imaging modality such as x-ray, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, electromagnetic radiation, ultrasound, visible light, UV light, magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography and neutron imaging, from outside the carrier, the shape or surface characteristics representing structurally encoded data. The invention further discloses a carrier for viewing a plurality of implants, and associated reading systems for reading a plurality of implants. Finally, the invention discloses methods for reading a plurality of implantable devices retained within a carrier.
