A golf ball having a center core, one or more envelope layer encasing the center core and one or more cover layer is provided wherein at least one envelope layer is formed of a rubber composition that includes (a) a diene rubber, (b) a tetrazine compound of a specific formula or a metal salt thereof, (c) an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt and (d) an organic peroxide. A method for manufacturing the golf ball is also provided. The golf ball has a high rebound and durability. The manufacturing method, by eliminating the need to furnish equipment for a bonding step, lowers production costs and is industrially advantageous.

The present invention pertains to a stabilized hot melt adhesive containing a) one or more hot melt adhesive materials and b) a stabilizer composition. The one or more hot melt adhesive materials a) include a polyolefin, a styrene-isoprene-styrene block co-polymer, a styrene-butadiene-styrene block co-polymer, a polyacrylate, an acryl-copolymer, an ethylene vinyl acetate, a polyamide, a polyester, a polyurethane, a polyimide, a silane terminated polyolefin, a silane terminated poly-ether, and a silane terminated polyurethane. The stabilizer composition includes a component (B), which is a polymeric sterically hindered amine, and a component (C), which is a specific sterically hindered phenol.

The present invention pertains to a stabilized hot melt adhesive containing a) one or more hot melt adhesive materials and b) a stabilizer composition. The one or more hot melt adhesive materials a) include a polyolefin, a styrene-isoprene-styrene block co-polymer, a styrene-butadiene-styrene block co-polymer, a polyacrylate, an acryl-copolymer, an ethylene vinyl acetate, a polyamide, a polyester, a polyurethane, a polyimide, a silane terminated polyolefin, a silane terminated poly-ether, and a silane terminated polyurethane. The stabilizer composition includes a component (B), which is a polymeric sterically hindered amine, and a component (C), which is a specific sterically hindered phenol.

The article of manufacture includes a polymer and a flame-retardant compound having a tetrazine moiety and at least one organophosphorus moiety.

Organosilicon polymer foams are synthesized using a Carboni-Lindsey reaction of a tetrazine with a siloxane polymer having at least one of alkenyl or alkynyl functional groups. Optionally, the reaction may also comprise a second polymer having at least one of alkenyl or alkynyl functional groups. The organosilicon polymer foams may be crosslinked thermoset foams. The foams may be flexible or rubbery.
