SOLID DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF ADJUSTING THE DISPENSE RATE OF SOLID DETERGENTS USING SOLID ANIONIC SURFACTANTS
A method of adjusting dispense rate of a solid detergent block of a detergent composition is described here. A solid detergent block is produced from this method may have a predetermined dispense rate or a comparable dispense rate as a solid detergent block produced by extruding method. A process for producing a solid detergent block and a solid detergent composition are also disclosed.
LIQUID HAND DISHWASHING CLEANING COMPOSITION
The need for a liquid detergent composition for washing dishes which provides effective removal of both crystalline and polymerised grease, while requiring less time and effort to clean and rinse the dishes, is met when the composition is formulated with a surfactant system comprising an anionic surfactant, a co-surfactant, and a non-alkoxylated esteramine.
CLEANING PRODUCT
The need for a cleaning product comprising a spray dispenser and a cleaning composition suitable for washing dishes which provides effective removal of both crystalline and polymerised grease, even at low surfactant and solvent levels, while also requiring less time and effort to clean and especially to rinse the dishes, regardless of hardness of the water used, is met by formulating the cleaning composition with a surfactant system comprising a non-alkoxylated esteramine.
Unit Dose Laundry Detergent Compositions Containing Soil Release Polymers
A unit dose detergent product includes a unit dose pouch with a water soluble film, and a liquid detergent encapsulated in the unit dose pouch. The liquid detergent includes a soil release polymer, at least 10% by weight of an alkyl-ether sulfate, an alkoxylated polyamine, less than 30% by weight of water, and, optionally, a polyglycol. A mixture of 2 parts of the liquid detergent composition to 1 part water has a viscosity below 3,000 centipoise.
DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
The invention provides a detergent composition for the non-oxidative laundering of fabric stains, the composition comprising: (a) from 0.1 to 10% (by weight based on the total weight of the composition) of N,N′-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-ethylenediamine-N,N′-diacetic acid (HBED) and/or salts thereof, and (b) from 3 to 80% (by weight based on the total weight of the composition) of one or more detersive surfactants.
COMPOSITE MICROCAPSULES
Described herein is a composite microcapsule slurry including at least one microcapsule having an oil-based core including a hydrophobic material, preferably a perfume, and a composite shell including a first material and a second material. The first material and the second material are different, the first material is a coacervate, the second material is a polymeric material, and the weight ratio in the slurry between the first material and the second material is between 50:50 and 99.9:0.1.
SURFACTANT PACKAGE FOR HIGH FOAMING DETERGENTS WITH LOW LEVEL OF MEDIUM TO LONG CHAIN LINEAR ALCOHOLS
The present invention relates to a surfactant booster for use in high foaming cleaning compositions. In an aspect of the invention, a C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11 or C12 linear alcohol in very low amounts is added to increase surface activity, foam and wetting properties of the composition. The alcohol is added in an amount of alcohol to surfactant of about 1:100 to 1:200 and must be linear. In another aspect, the invention relates to novel cleaning compositions such as pot and pan soaking compositions, dishwashing compositions, food and beverage foaming cleaners, vehicle cleaning and the like suitable for use in hard water, which can be solid or liquid. The invention further relates to methods of making these compositions, and to methods employing these compositions.
LIQUID HAND DISHWASHING DETERGENT COMPOSITION
A liquid hand dishwashing detergent composition containing a cationically modified inulin compound, methods of making the liquid hand dishwashing detergent compositions, and methods of using said liquid hand dishwashing detergent compositions, which provide improved rinsing, solution feel, and finished product viscosity control.
COMPOSITION WITH FOAMING PROPERTIES
The present invention discloses a composition for enhanced oil recovery comprising olefin sulfonate, sulfo-betaine, betaine and about 0.5 wt % to about 1.5 wt % magnesium chloride.
CONCENTRATED LAUNDRY CLEANING COMPOSITIONS IN UNIT DOSE PACKETS OR POUCHES
An article includes a unit dose packet of a concentrated cleaning composition for cleaning laundry. The concentrated cleaning composition comprising a nonionic surfactant, fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, fatty acid soap, one or a plurality of enzymes, and a solvent system. The cleaning composition is compatible with polyvinyl alcohol film. The unit dose packet includes the concentrated laundry cleaning composition disposed in a single chamber, dual chamber, or multi-chamber unit dose packet having a total weight of the concentrated cleaning composition of from 15 grams to 30 grams.
