Denture Attachment
20200352684 · 2020-11-12 · ·

A denture attachment is provided. More particularly, a denture attachment is such that a user can detachably fasten a first fastening part coupled to a denture to a second fastening part placed on top of a natural tooth's root or implant fixture by a simple operation, and furthermore, even when occlusal force is continuously applied to the denture, the applied force can be buffered by an elastic rib structure of the attachment itself. Consequently, it is possible to extend not only the lifespan of the attachment, but also the lifespan of the implant fixture or natural tooth's root, and to provide superior performance with a significantly smaller volume than existing attachments, while providing excellent durability.

DENTAL IMPLANT FOR BONE COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION
20200337811 · 2020-10-29 · ·

The present invention relates to endosseous implants and in particular, to screw form dental implants for implanting within bone. The bone implant is configured to be a self-drilling bone implant that is adept at condensing, collecting and distributing bone along all of the implant's surface and within the implantation site, to significantly increase the bone implant contact surface. The implant is configured to have a coronal portion and a body portion that are continuous with one another. The coronal portion is configured to have a smaller overall diameter than the overall diameter of said body portion. The body portion is fit with threading that facilitates the self-drilling and bone collection properties when the implant is rotates in both the clockwise and counterclockwise directions.

Dental implant with improved prosthetic interface

Dental implants, dental abutments, and dental systems are disclosed. A dental implant can include an implant body having a longitudinal axis, a coronal end, and an apical end. An internal bore can be provided within the implant body, and can have a coronal end, adjacent to the coronal end of the implant body, and an apical end. The internal bore can include a first internally facing surface, extending from the coronal end of the internal bore towards the apical end of the internal bore, at least a portion of which tapers inwardly towards the apical end of the internal bore. The internal bore can further include an internally threaded portion positioned between an apical end of the first internally facing surface and the apical end of the internal bore. A dental abutment can be configured to engage with the dental implant.

Dental connection system

A base for a dental implant system which includes a long cavity which optionally reaches below the implant top and/or allows a significant portion of a superstructure to be inserted into the cavity and possibly held using axial support.

A custom dental implant and a method and system for making the custom dental implant having one or more energy storing devices that deflect during installation and expand to provide stability after insertion in a natural dental socket of a patient.

SYSTEM OF COMPONENTS FOR COMFORTABLY, EASILY, AND PRECISELY INSTALLING A COMPLETE DENTAL IMPLANT, INCLUDING THE CROWN, AND A METHOD OF INSTALLING THE COMPLETE DENTAL IMPLANT, INCLUDING THE CROWN
20200107913 · 2020-04-09 ·

A system of components for comfortably, easily, and precisely installing a complete dental implant, including the crown, and a method of installing the complete dental implant, including the crown, is disclosed. The components comprise a dental implant, an impression transfer, a lab analog, and an abutment to which the crown is to be permanently installed.

DENTAL IMPLANT

A dental implant including an implant body having a top surface, and at least one non-annular cutaway portion longitudinally extending downwardly from the top surface along one side of the body and outwardly to the periphery, and a method for making the implant. The implant body preferably includes a body portion and a head portion integrally formed with the body portion, the body portion has a periphery and the head portion has a non-circular periphery, and the periphery of the head portion is smaller than the periphery of the body portion.

Customized single piece dental implant

A partially customizable single-piece dental implant includes a preformed bone-anchorage component and an abutment component that is custom milled from a block either preoperatively, (i.e., Process A) or intraoperatively, (i.e., Process B). In Process A, the planned abutment shape is designed by a computer-aided design (CAD) software based on a computerized tomographic scan and other patient data. Alternatively, under Process B, the position of the planned implant with respect to the alveolus is digitally captured (e.g., by an optical impression device or an intraoperative computerized tomographic scan). In both Process A and Process B, a blank implant having the millable block is held to allow a computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) machine to customize the abutment component, as well as part of the bone-anchorage component. The resultant dental implant is then inserted in the alveolus and either a provisional or permanent prosthesis can then be immediately loaded on the implant.
