Open-Fingered Hand Support Brace
An open-fingered hand support brace is an apparatus that supports a slight rectus position for the fingers of a hand, while eliminating contractures from daily activities and deformities or conditions that may lead to contractures and pain. The apparatus includes a support sleeve and a support cushion. The support sleeve wraps around fingers of a hand and preferably applies slight compression. The support cushion orients the fingers of the hand with respect to the palm. The support sleeve includes a fingers-bracing portion, a palm-bracing portion, and a wrist-bracing portion in order to protect the hand. The support sleeve further includes a wrist-receiving rim in order for a hand to freely traverse into and out of the support sleeve. The support sleeve further includes a fingers-receiving rim and a thumb-receiving rim in order for the fingers and the thumb of a hand to be exposed while braced with the support sleeve.
METATARSAL PAIN RELIEF GEL STRIP
A metatarsal pain relief gel strip can be used to treat and/or prevent Morton's neuroma and possibly other forefoot conditions. The pain relief gel strip can include an arched or protruding gel structure that is secured within an adhesive material to allow the gel structure to be maintained on the underside of the foot between adjacent toes. Due to the arched shaped of the gel structure, when the wearer places weight on the foot, the gel structure will apply a separating force on the toes thereby relieving pressure on the nerve that runs between the toes. In this way, the pain relief gel strip can minimize the likelihood of developing Morton's neuroma, minimize pain and discomfort when Morton's neuroma has already occurred, or assist in minimizing the swelling and inflammation of the nerve.

RLJ 1 Point Brace for Walking Cast
Braces also known as spacers that protect the heel of a person wearing a weightbearing cast, with multiple exemplary embodiments such as with a single rear brace or two braces attached to at least one point on either side of the foot, with one brace below the heel and the other behind the heel with a clearance space between each brace and the cast, to redirect loads from the heel to points behind the ankle and forward of the arch.

CARPAL TUNNEL WRIST BRACE
A brace for treating/preventing carpal tunnel injury including a body having a proximal end and a distal end defining s longitudinal direction, the body including a forearm support at the body proximal end, a wrist support coupled to the forearm support by a neck portion, the wrist support comprising a first palmar strap support, a first member and a second member extending from the wrist support in the longitudinal direction towards the distal end, a distal palmar support, a proximal palmar aperture, a palm band having a second palmar strap support, and a palmar strap, extending between a proximal end attached to the first palmar strap support to a distal end, the palmar strap configured to extend across a portion of the back of the hand and over a purlicue of the hand, the distal end of the palmar strap configured to removably attach to the distal palmar support.
WEARABLE INTERFACE FOR INTELLIGENT HEALTH PROMOTION SERVICE SYSTEM
A wearable device an intelligent health promotion service system (IHPSS) is disclosed. One embodiment of the wearable device (10) is configured to interface plurality groups of skin-mounted sensor pads (130) over a body part (140) of a wearer, and comprises: a modular brace (110) structurally separated from the sensor pads, and a plurality of sensor modules (120). The modular bracing is provided with a plurality groups of orienting slots (111) arranged thereon configured to maintain intra-group orientation between the sensor pads, and is configured to allow inter-group distance adjustment between the groups of the sensor pads over the body part of the wearer. The plurality of sensor modules is configured to be detachably coupled to the groups of sensor pads through the orienting slots in the modular bracing member. The sensor modules are provided with physiological sensing circuits wirelessly communicative with the intelligent health system.
