This invention relates to an in-situ formed polyether polyol blend having an overall functionality of 2 to 3 and an overall hydroxyl number of 40 to 220 mg KOH/g. A process for preparing these in-situ formed polyether polyol blends is also disclosed. These in-situ formed polyether polyol blends are suitable for a process of preparing viscoelastic flexible polyurethane foams.

A reactive mixture comprising a Fire, Smoke and Toxicity retardant (FST) composition for making a polyisocyanurate and/or polyurethane (PIR/PUR) comprising material, said FST composition comprising: a) at least one compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated moiety having a number average equivalent weight<160 g/mol, and b) optionally one or more radical initiator compound characterized in that the onset temperature for radical polymerization (T.sub.onset) of the ethylenically unsaturated compound with or without the radical initiator is 2° C. up to 40° C. lower than the maximum reaction temperature achieved during the process for making the PIR/PUR material (reaction exotherm (T.sub.reaction)).
Structural flame retardant high strength low exothermic polymer grouting material for consolidating
A structural flame retardant high strength low exothermic polymer grouting material for consolidating, belonging to a technical field of polyurethane material, is produced by combined the polyether polyol and the modified isocyanate in a weight ratio of 100:(100-160), leading to internal reaction temperature ≤100° C., strength ≥60 mPa, bonding ≥3 mPa, oxygen index ≥28% while no halogen and no effect on water quality, odor level (80° C.) ≤3.5, and fog test ≤5 mg (which means no physical additive flame retardant is diffused into the environment). In particular, with no halogen, which is known as environmental hormones, in the plasticizers, there will be less combustion smoke, wherein the present invention will not release corrosive or irritating hydrogen halide gas, nor produce toxic carcinogens polybrominated benzoxins and polybrominated dibenzofurans, thereby avoiding the long-term impact of the material on the environment.
Silicate-modified high-toughness and low-heat polymer grouting material for reinforcement
The present invention relates to a silicate-modified high-toughness and low-heat polymer grouting material for reinforcement, which belongs to the technical field of materials. About 60% by weight of the raw materials of the silicate modified grouting material of the present invention is the silicate modified aqueous solution, and about 40% is the structural flame retardant isocyanate, and main components of the polymer grouting material are classified into inorganic components according to the main total proportion. The silicate-modified high-toughness and low-heat polymer grouting material for reinforcement of the present invention has excellent flame retardancy and compressive performance, wherein a compressive strength is ≥60 MPa, an oxygen index is ≥30%, and a maximum reaction temperature is ≤100° C., an odor grade (80° C.) is ≤3.5, a fog test is ≤5 mg (no physical additive flame retardant diffuses to the environment), bonding is ≥3 MPa, a shear strength is ≥20 MPa, and a tensile strength is ≥20 MPa.
AMINE COMPOSITION USEFUL FOR MAKING POLYURETHANE FOAM
A catalyst composition for making polyurethane foam, the catalyst composition including a compound having a general formula R.sup.1R.sup.2R.sup.3N, wherein each of R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are independently selected from the group consisting of: a compound according to formula (I):

A polyurethane composition and method for forming a polyurethane foam are also disclosed.

[Solution] The present invention relates to a composition for forming polyurethane foam characterized in that the composition for forming polyurethane foam comprises a polyol, a polyisocyanate, and a catalyst, in which the polyol comprises a polyol (A) having a number average molecular weight of 1500 to 8000 g/mol, the catalyst comprises a trimerization catalyst, in which the polyurethane foam has an air permeability of not less than 0.1 L/sec.
Cured composition having high impact strength and temperature resistance, based on an epoxy resin and a polyisocyanate
The invention relates to a method for producing a cured composition which has at least one oxazolidinone ring and at least one isocyanurate ring and is cross-linked by the same, starting from a liquid reactive mixture which, based on the total weight thereof, contains at least one epoxy resin, at least one polyisocyanate, at least one polyol, and at least one catalyst composition. The invention further relates to the cured composition obtainable thereby.
Composition
The present invention provides a stabilising composition, comprising: a) a first phenolic antioxidant comprising one or more phenolic compounds having the structure of formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.1 is a linear or branched alkyl group having from 12 to 20 carbon atoms; and b) one or more second phenolic antioxidants independently selected from: a mono-hydroxybenzene having lower steric hindrance than the first phenolic antioxidant; a di-hydroxybenzene; and/or a tri-hydroxybenzene.

The invention relates to a catalyst component for isocyanate modification, comprising at least one cyclic ammonium salt having a cation of the formula I wherein Y is a linear or branched C.sub.2-C.sub.20 segment which is substituted by a hydroxyl group in the 2 position to the charge-bearing nitrogen atom and optionally bears further substituents and is optionally interrupted by heteroatoms from the group of oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen and aromatic rings and optionally has further rings, and the N-bonded substituents R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are either independently identical or different, substituted or unsubstituted, optionally branched, aliphatic C.sub.1-C.sub.20 radicals, aromatic C.sub.6-C.sub.20 radical or araliphatic C.sub.7-C.sub.20 radicals or the N-bonded substituents R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 form a ring segment X with one another for which the same or different definition given above for Y is applicable, with the proviso that X has a hydroxyl group as substituent in the 2 position to the charge-bearing nitrogen atom or does not have a hydroxyl group as substituent in the 2 position to the charge-bearing nitrogen atom.
Methods for making recyclable and depolymerizable polymer network materials via thiourethane dynamic chemistry

Also provided are methods of forming the polythiourethane polymer networks using excess thiol and/or a dual catalyst system and methods for reprocessing and recycling the polyurethane polymer networks.
