Cleaning composition, cleaning apparatus, and method of fabricating semiconductor device using the same
A cleaning composition, a cleaning apparatus, and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device, the cleaning composition including a surfactant; deionized water; and an organic compound, wherein the surfactant is included in the cleaning composition in a concentration of about 0.28 M to about 0.39 M or a mole fraction of about 0.01 to about 0.017, and wherein the organic compound is included in the cleaning composition in a concentration of about 7.1 M to about 7.5 M or a mole fraction of about 0.27 to about 0.35.
USE OF AN IONIC LIQUID AND ALCOHOL BLEND TO MODIFY THE RHEOLOGY OF POLYETHOXYLATED ALCOHOL SULFATES
In one embodiment, a polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate composition is provided which includes a polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate, such as sodium laureth ether sulfate (SLES), water, an ionic liquid, and an alcohol. The ionic liquid and the alcohol form a synergistic blend, enabling a significant reduction of the viscosity of the polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate composition. Also provided is an embodiment of a method for modifying the rheology of polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate by use of an ionic liquid and alcohol blend. Finally provided is an embodiment of a detergent composition which is prepared by use of the polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate composition described herein, in addition to other commonly known ingredients.
Compositions and Methods for Removing Sludge from Oil Storage Tanks
The subject invention provides microbe-based products, as well as their use to improve oil production and oil transmission and refining by, for example, remediating the disposable layers in oil tanks and other oil storage units. The subject invention can be used to remediate a sludge layer and/or other dissolved solid layers that form in oil storage tanks. Advantageously, the subject invention can decrease the cost of mechanical remediation of disposable layers, and aid in the recover).sup., of more pure hydrocarbons from crude fluids.
ANTIVIRAL WIPER
An object of the present invention is to provide an antiviral wiper having excellent antiviral activity and excellent storage stability.
The antiviral wiper according to an embodiment of the present invention is an antiviral wiper having a base fabric and a liquid agent with which the base fabric is impregnated.
The content of a cellulosic fiber in the base fabric is equal to or lower than 70% by mass with respect to the total mass of fibers constituting the base fabric.
The liquid agent is alkaline and contains a compound X having a pKa of 7.0 to 15.0 and a solvent containing at least an alcohol, and the content of the alcohol is 40% to 100% by mass with respect to the total mass of the solvent.
NEW SURFACTANT MIXTURE, NEW COMPOSITION COMPRISING SAME, AND USE THEREOF IN FOAM LIQUIDS FOR FIGHTING FIRES
Disclosed is a surfactant mixture including: (i) 50%-99% of C1 which includes, per 100% of its weight: (a) 65%-90% of alkyl glutamate with C7-C17, and (b) 10%-35% of formula R1-C(═O)—OH; and (ii) 1%-50% of C2 which includes, per 100% of its weight: (c) 14-80% of C3, represented by R3-O-(G3)p-H where R3 represents C12-C16, G3 represents the residue of a reducing sugar, and 1.05≤p≤5, (d) 0%-3% of an alcohol R3-OH, (e) 20%-80% of C4, which is represented by R4-O-(G4)q-H where R4 represents C4-C7, G4 represents the residue of a reducing sugar and 1.05≤q≤5, and (f) 0%-3% of an alcohol R4-OH. Also disclosed are a fire-fighting foam liquid and a method for extinguishing a fire.
