ADHESIVE FILM
The present invention provides an adhesive film hardly suffering from fisheyes and having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance as well as good adhesive properties with reduced transfer of an adhesive layer to an adherend, which can be suitably used as various surface protective films, etc. The present invention relates to an adhesive film comprising a polyester film and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, in which the adhesive layer comprises a resin having a glass transition point of not higher than 0 C., and a crosslinking agent, and an adhesion strength of the adhesive layer to a polymethyl methacrylate plate is in the range of 1 to 1000 mN/cm.

BLOCKED POLYISOCYANATE COMPOSITION BASED ON PENTAMETHYLENE 1,5-DIISOCYANATE
The present invention relates to a polyisocyanate composition comprising a formation component having isocyanate groups, the isocyanate groups having been reacted to an extent of 98% with at least one CH-acidic compound, characterized in that the formation component consists to an extent of 51% by weight of at least one polyisocyanate based on pentamethylene 1,5-diisocyanate having a content of isocyanurate trimer of 60 area %, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanates based on pentamethylene 1,5-diisocyanate, and the remaining proportion up to 100% by weight of the total amount of polyisocyanates present in the formation component consists of at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate. The present invention further provides a one-component system comprising the polyisocyanate composition, a process for producing a coating on a substrate, and the coatings obtainable from the one-component system.
Antifogging agent composition and antifogging article using same
To provide an antifogging agent composition having excellent sustainability of antifogging performance. An anti fogging agent composition includes a copolymer (A), a polyfunctional blocked isocyanate compound (B), and a surfactant (C). The copolymer (A) is formed of 35 to 90 parts by weight of the monomer (A-1), 5 to 60 parts by weight of the monomer (A-2), and 5 to 30 parts by weight of the monomer (A-3) per 100 parts by weight of the copolymer (A). An NCO/OH ratio obtained by dividing an isocyanate group content (NCO) of the polyfunctional blocked isocyanate compound (B) by a hydroxyl group content (OH) of the copolymer (A) is within a range from 0.1 to 1.5. The surfactant (C) includes 1.00 to 10.0 parts by weight of the anionic surfactant (C-1) and 0.01 to 3.00 parts by weight of the cationic surfactant (C-2) per 100 parts by weight of the copolymer (A).
CURABLE COMPOSITION, ESPECIALLY FOR RUBBER TO SUBSTRATE BONDING
The subject matter is a new curable composition comprising at least one hydroxyl-group containing resin, at least one nitroso-containing compound or at least one nitroso precursor compound, at least one hydrophopic silica and at least one blocked isocyanate, which provides excellent adhesion and steam resistance for rubber to substrate bonds, a process for bonding two substrates with this new curable composition and the corresponding article.

Provided is a coating composition containing: a hydroxyl group-containing resin (A), a curing agent (B), and cellulose nanocrystal particles (C), where a viscosity (V.sub.1) measured under conditions of a temperature of 25 C. and a shear rate of 1500 sec.sup.1 is in a range from 10 to 70 mPa.Math.s, and a viscosity (V.sub.2) measured under conditions of a temperature of 25 C. and a shear rate of 0.1 sec.sup.1 is in a range from 10000 to 50000 mPa.Math.s.

Described herein is a blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent obtained from reactions of components including a). at least one polyisocyanate selected from the group consisting of aliphatic polyisocyanate, cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate and polyisocyanate-functional polymer and b). at least one beta-diketone. Also described herein is a method of preparing a blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent as well as coating compositions including the blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent.

The present invention provides an aqueous coating composition for use as an aqueous first colored coating composition in a multilayer coating-forming method, the coating composition containing an aqueous film-forming resin (A), a crosslinking agent (B), and acrylic urethane resin composite particles (C). The acrylic resin of the acrylic urethane resin composite particles (C) is obtained by using, as constituent monomers, 30 to 80 mass % of a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c-1-1) having one polymerizable unsaturated group per molecule and having a C.sub.4-22 alkyl group, 1 to 20 mass % of a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c-2) having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups per molecule, and 0 to 69 mass % of a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c-1-2) having one polymerizable unsaturated group per molecule and being other than the polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c-1-1).
