NOVEL COMPOUND, CROSSLINKING AGENT AND CROSSLINKED FLUOROELASTOMER
The present invention provides a crosslinking agent which can improve crosslinked fluoroelastomer high-temperature vapor resistance and a crosslinked fluoroelastomer having improved high-temperature vapor resistance. The present invention provides a compound having a structure represented by the following formula (1) (in the formula, R.sup.1 to R.sup.6 are each a hydrogen atom, a substituent, or a leaving group, and two or more of R.sup.1 to R.sup.6 are leaving groups; R.sup.a to R.sup.c are each a hydrogen atom or a substituent; and n is an integer from 2 to 5).

FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSITION AND FLAME-RETARDANT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAID FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSIT
The present invention provides a flame retardant composition having a high flame retarding effect and exceptional bleed-out suppression when added to a resin, and a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition that uses the same. This flame retardant composition includes a phosphoramidate compound (component (A)) having a specific structure, and a hindered amine compound (component (B)). This flame retardant composition furthermore includes, as needed, a compound (component (C)) having a 1,3,5-triazine structure or a 1,3,5-triazine fused ring structure. This flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition includes the above component (A), the above component (B), and a thermoplastic resin (component (D)), and furthermore includes, as needed, the above component (C).

A resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a vinyl-containing polyphenylene ether resin; 2 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight of any compound having a structure of Formula (1) or a combination thereof; and 20 parts by weight to 80 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin; the polyolefin resin includes styrene-butadiene-divinylbenzene terpolymer, styrene-butadiene-maleic anhydride terpolymer, styrene-butadiene copolymer, hydrogenated styrene-butadiene copolymer, polybutadiene, maleic anhydride-butadiene copolymer or a combination thereof. Halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition and product and flame retardant package thereof
A halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition and product and flame retardant package thereof comprised thermoplastic polyurethane and halogen-free flame retardant package. The halogen-free flame retardant comprises inorganic phosphorus-based flame retardant and can further comprise expandable graphite, melamine or derivatives thereof and organic phosphorus-based flame retardant. The composition is environmentally friendly and safe, the comprehensive mechanical properties thereof are excellent, does not drip during the burning test, passed UL94 with rating of V0−1.5 mm, and the limiting oxygen index thereof can be up to 35%.
Cross-linked thermoplastic polyvinylidene fluoride compositions
The invention relates to polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer compositions that have improved crosslinking efficiency and performance. The PVDF copolymer contains a high level (>14 and preferably greater than 16 wt %) of a fluorinated comonomer, and has a high molecular weight as measured by the melt viscosity at 230° C. and 100 sec−1 of 18 to 40 kpoise. The composition can be effectively cross-linked with a low level radiation (high cross-linking efficiency). The cross-linked composition is useful in high-temperature applications, such as automotive wire and cable, and heat shrink tubing.
