This invention relates to a polymer composition comprising: (A) at least one polyester, and (B) a stabilizer composition comprising: (1) at least one primary antioxidant comprising at least one hindered phenolic antioxidant; (2) at least one secondary antioxidant comprising at least one phosphite; (3) at least one chain extending agent; (4) at least one ultraviolet light absorbing agent; and (5) at least one hindered amine light stabilizer.

Disclosed are aqueous coating compositions containing an anionically stabilized polymer, one or more polyfunctional amines acting as crosslinking agents, and a volatile base. Coating compositions can further include one or more additional copolymers, which may or may not be anionically stabilized, and/or additional additives, including pigments, defoamers, pigment dispersing agents, thickeners, surfactants, and combinations thereof. By incorporating one or more polyfunctional amines, such as those comprising recurring units derived from the reaction of one tri-glycidyl moiety and a single di-, or tri-functional amino monomer, or a combination of mono/bi, mono/tri, mono/tetra, bi/bi, bi/tri, bi/tetra, tri/tri, tri/tetra, and tetra/tetra functional amino monomers with a bi- or tri-glycidyl moiety, water wash-off resistance of the coating compositions which comprise paint formulations, can be increased.

Provided is a method for producing a hydrocarbon resin hydride, comprising: hydrogenating a hydrocarbon resin by bringing the hydrocarbon resin into contact with hydrogen in the presence of an antioxidative compound and a hydrogenation catalyst, the antioxidative compound being at least one selected from the group consisting of hindered phenolic antioxidants and antioxidants having a 2,2,6,6-tetraalkyl-4-piperidyl group.

A liquid composition for forming a coating film comprising an infrared absorber selected from indium tin oxide, antinomy tin oxide and a composite tungsten oxide, an ultraviolet absorber selected from a benzophenone compound, a triazine compound and a benzotriazole compound, a dispersing agent having an acid value and/or an amine value, a binder component and a liquid medium, wherein the dispersing agent is contained in a content such that the product of the sum (mgKOH/g) of the acid value and the amine value of the dispersing agent, and the mass ratio of the dispersing agent to the infrared absorber, is from 2 to 30 (mgKOH/g).

An epoxy resin composition provided according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a triazine derivative epoxy compound; a siloxane compound including a cycloaliphatic epoxy group and a siloxane group; and a curing agent, where the epoxy resin composition includes 10 to 70 parts by weight of the siloxane group with respect to 100 parts by weight of the siloxane compound, thereby providing a composition excellent in heat resistance, light resistance, and excess moisture tolerance, with good shear adhesion to silicone, and capable of semi-solidification.
