The present invention relates to a process for the production of a dyed biopolymer comprising the steps of providing at least one biopolymer-producing microorganism, providing at least one dye-producing microorganism, culturing said at least one biopolymer-producing microorganism to produce at least a biopolymer, and culturing said dye-producing microorganism wherein said dye-producing microorganism produce at least a dye suitable to dye at least part of said biopolymer, whereby a dyed biopolymer is obtained. The present invention also relates to a dyed biopolymer, to process for the production of a dyed composite article comprising at least the dyed biopolymer and to articles comprising the dyed biopolymer.

The warp yarns and weft yarns are interwoven into plain weaves, and the plain weaves are subjected to alkali solution to remove the alkali-soluble polyester filaments, thereby obtaining greige cloth having meshes. The greige is subjected to boiled bleaching, softening and drying to obtain the hollow fabric. By optimizing the ratio of yarns and using a boiled bleaching, softening and drying process, a soft, smooth and fluffy product is produced with humidity-absorbing and breathability characteristics.

REDUCTION DYEING FOR INDIGO USING BACTERIAL STRAIN

Provided is a reduction dyeing method for indigo using Dietzia sp. KDB1. The reduction dyeing method is relatively simple, efficient and allows good reproducibility, by using a Dietzia sp. KDB1 bacterial strain instead of a traditional fermentation process which entails poor reproducibility and is exacting and complicated. The method has the advantage of being able to substantially contribute to the field of dyeing using indigo, as the method can be used not only with natural indigo but also with synthetic indigo and makes it possible to efficiently increase the dye uptake of fabrics, and makes it possible to simplify difficult reducing processes including existing fermentation conditions which are exacting and complicated.
