Phototherapy Anti-Smog Cloth Structure
20200022430 · 2020-01-23 ·

A cloth structure includes a first weaving layer, a second weaving layer interwoven with the first weaving layer, an intermediate connecting layer located between the first weaving layer and the second weaving layer, and a sun protection layer applied on the first weaving layer. The cloth structure presents a single-cloth fabric. The sun protection layer covers pores of the first weaving layer and forms a first protection layer to filter the smog. The first weaving layer is formed with inverted V-shaped cloth patterns, so that the first weaving layer forms a second protection layer to filter the smog. The intermediate connecting layer forms a third protection layer to filter the smog. The second weaving layer obstructs the thread openings of the first weaving layer and forms a fourth protection layer to filter the smog.

Light shielding net

A light shielding net, which can improve productivity by facilitating a weaving process, can be wound by a winding device due to a high winding strength, and can express various colors, thereby adjusting a light shielding amount and improving a design aesthetic sense. To this end, a warp yarn is made of a PE monofilament, the weft yarn is made of a PE film, and the two warp yarns are repeatedly woven in a Leno weave form surrounding each weft yarn.

Metalized fabric that dissipates and scatters infrared light and methods or making and using the same

A metalized fabric and method for metallization of fabric. The fabric is formed using two threads with different affinities for metallization, but which threads are not metalized prior to forming into the fabric. The threads will typically be woven using an unbalanced weave to provide one side of the fabric with a resultant greater amount of metallization than the other but this is not required. Once the resultant fabric is metalized, it will typically be more suitable for consistent color dying than fabric which was formed from both metalized and unmetallized threads.

Sunshade and method of preparing a canopy
10477931 · 2019-11-19 ·

A sunshade includes a support frame and a canopy connected to the support frame and including a light-transmissible fabric sheet of undyed yarns that has opposite inner and outer surfaces, an ink layer formed on one of the inner and outer surfaces of the light-transmissible fabric sheet using dye-sublimation printing techniques, and an opaque enamel coating coated on the other of the inner and outer surfaces of the light-transmissible fabric sheet. The undyed yarns are woven and cross one another to form fabric pores thereamong. The opaque enamel coating fills the fabric pores. A method of preparing a canopy is disclosed.

Sheer Material For Use in Architectural Coverings
20190339426 · 2019-11-07 ·

The present disclosure is generally directed to a covering for architectural features, which may include windows, doorways, archways, and the like, where the covering includes a panel made from a light diffusing material. The light diffusing material is designed and engineered to allow a significant amount of light to pass through the material for providing a desired visual effect while having improved dimensional stability. The covering may contain a light diffusing material that extends along a first direction of the covering (e.g., vertically). The light diffusing material may have an openness factor of about 60% or greater and contain pillars extending in the first direction and bridges extending between the pillars. Each pillar may contain at least two yarns, and each bridge may contain at least one yarn.

SURFACE PIECE

A surface piece of crossing threads (12, 14) comprising plastic filaments, which as a woven fabric web (10) is equipped with two mutually opposing surfaces and with openings (16) formed therein. The fabric web comprises a metallisation applied on one side as a surface layer and between 15 and 80%, in particular between 20 and 70% of the fabric web is configured in the form of network intermediate spaces (16).

UNIDIRECTIONAL SIGHT-TRANSMISSION FABRIC AND UNIDIRECTIONAL SIGHT-TRANSMISSION CURTAIN

A unidirectional sight-transmission fabric includes a base cloth interwoven via a warp thread and a weft thread. The warp thread is a flat aluminum thread. The weft thread is a polyester yarn or a polyester filament. The base cloth is woven by the warp thread and the weft thread in a plain weave. Adjacent two of the warp threads and adjacent two of the weft thread enclose a light-transmission sight-transmission hole. A unidirectional sight-transmission curtain is also disclosed.
