WASHING MACHINE
Disclosed is a washing machine capable of reinforcing strength against vibration and falling by including a reinforcement member for improving strength. The washing machine includes a cabinet forming an outer appearance, a base disposed at a bottom of the cabinet, a front panel disposed at a front side of the cabinet, and reinforcement members mounted on an inner surface of the front panel to reinforce strength of the front panel, wherein each of the reinforcement members includes a protrusion portion disposed at a lower corner of the front panel and protruding such that at least a portion thereof is connected to the base.
Apparatus for treating laundry
Provided is an apparatus for treating laundry according to the present invention, including: a front cover that forms a front surface and includes a backward bent portion; a pair of side covers that form both flank surfaces, respectively, and that include sideward bent portions, respectively; a back cover that forms a rear-side surface; an outer tank that is positioned inside and holds water; an inner tank that is positioned rotatably inside the outer tank and holds foam; a motor that rotates the inner tank; a front member that is connected to the backward bent portion and extends along the backward bent portion; a pair of lateral members that extend along the pair of sideward bent portions, respectively; and a top cover that is connected to upper ends of the front cover, of the pair of side covers, and of the back cover, and has an insertion hole for the foam.
Laundry treating apparatus
A laundry treating apparatus is disclosed. The laundry treating apparatus includes a housing, a tub provided inside the housing, for storing washing water therein, a drum rotatably provided inside the tub, for storing laundry therein, and a top cover provided above the housing to cover upper portions of the tub and the drum. The housing includes front and rear and left and right sidewalls to define a space therein, and an extending portion formed to have a front and rear spacing and an up and down spacing from the top cover above the front sidewall so that an entrance space is formed from the front upper portion of the front sidewall to the inside of the housing.
Washing machine and outer drum thereof
An outer drum of a washing machine is provided, and relates to the technical field of washing machines. Two opposite side walls of the outer drum of the washing machine are formed as non-circular surfaces to avoid collision with side plates of a housing. A washing machine having the above outer drum is further provided.
REINFORCING CAP FOR A TUB REAR WALL OF AN APPLIANCE
A laundry appliance includes a tub having a rear wall that includes a plurality of structural ribs. A drive hub has a bearing housing insert injection molded into the rear wall. A stator is attached to the drive hub at stator fastening portions exposed through the rear wall of the tub. A reinforcing cap is fixed to the structural ribs of the rear wall of the tub. The bearing housing of the drive hub extends rearwards through a portion of the reinforcing cap. The stator fastening portions are exposed through the reinforcing cap.
Washing machine
A washing machine includes a machine housing, a water accommodation tub disposed in the machine housing; a washing tub assembly disposed in the water accommodation tub and including a washing tub; and a balance ring mounted to an upper end of the washing tub and having a lower end fitted in the washing tub.
EXTENDED TUB FOR A LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCE
A laundry treating appliance having a rotatable basket that defines a treating chamber, a tub for mounting the rotatable basket, a drive assembly mounted to the tub for rotating the basket and a drive motor mounted to the tub for driving the drive assembly. The tub has a lower region comprising a central cavity and a second cavity. The drive assembly is nested in the central cavity and the drive motor is nested in the second cavity for reducing the vertical stack of tub and the motor.
Tub for a washing machine appliance
A tub assembly for a washing machine appliance includes a tub and a wash basket rotatably mounted within the tub. The tub defines a central axis extending along an axial direction, a radial direction perpendicular to the central axis, and a circumferential direction extending around the central axis. The tub comprises a first material. The wash basket defines a wash chamber for receiving articles for washing. A reinforcement band encircles the tub generally along the circumferential direction. The reinforcement band comprises a second material having a greater strength than the first material of the tub.
Laundry treating appliance with a tub ring
A tub ring mountable to an upper end of a liquid holding tub in a laundry treating appliance may include a circumferential side wall, a top wall extending radially inward from the side wall, and a plurality of radial stiffening ribs extending between the top wall and the side wall. The ribs may have a bottom edge with at least a portion inclined relative to horizontal. At least a portion of the bottom edge may also be complementary to a top wall of a balance ring.
