Multilayer ceramic capacitor having ultra-broadband performance
10943735 · 2021-03-09 · ·

A multilayer ceramic capacitor is disclosed including a first external terminal disposed along a first end of the capacitor, a second external terminal disposed along a second end of the capacitor opposite the first end, an active electrode region containing alternating dielectric layers and active electrode layers, and a shield electrode region including at least two shield electrodes that are spaced apart by a shield layer gap in the longitudinal direction. The distance from the active electrode region to the shield electrode region may range from about 4% to about 20% of a thickness of the capacitor between a top surface and a bottom surface opposing the top surface. The shield layer gap may range from about 3% to about 60% of an external terminal gap between the first external terminal and second external terminal in the longitudinal direction on at least one of the top or bottom surfaces.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBROUS YARN
20200406525 · 2020-12-31 ·

Disclosed is a method for the manufacture of fibrous yarn including the steps, where an aqueous suspension including fibers and at least one rheology modifier is provided, followed by directing the suspension through at least one nozzle, to form at least one yarn, and then dewatering the yarn.

PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ECOLOGICAL, SUSTAINABLE MIXED YARNS AND MIXED YARNS OBTAINED
20200392653 · 2020-12-17 ·

A first production process of mixed yarns and mixed yarns obtained from ecological and or sustainable and or biodegradable and or compostable textiles within any textile industry and or adapted in the machines within spinning mills. This makes possible a very large combination of different types of textile yarn mixtures and an amplitude in weights of mixed sustainable and or biodegradable and or compostable yarns, to meet and create new demands for sustainable and or ecological textile products. The process described here for injection of compressed air is the combination and mixing of biodegradable, or compostable and/or sustainable filament yarns with biodegradable, or compostable, and/or sustainable yarns, bringing technology to the products in line with the ecology and sustainability of the environment. This makes possible a definitive solution in ocean contamination by synthetic and artificial textile fibers from fabrics and clothes, which release their fibers during industrial and domestic washing.

Apparatus and method for imparting false twist to a yarn

An apparatus for imparting false twist to a staple yarn comprising a yarn guide for guiding a staple yarn along a path and a false twist device comprising a convex surface for engagement with a staple yarn so as to impart a force to the staple yarn when the staple yarn engages with and traverses the convex surface of the false twist device, and wherein the relative positioning between the yarn guide and the convex surface of the false twist device is adjustable such that, when a staple yarn is engaged with the convex surface of the false twist device and extends between the yarn guide and the false twist device, the amount of contact between the staple yarn and the convex surface of the false twist device can be controlled.

CHARCOAL-INFUSED TOWEL
20200208306 · 2020-07-02 · ·

A charcoal-infused towel product is woven from a combination of charcoal-infused yarn fibers and cotton yarn fibers. The charcoal-infused yarn fibers are made by combining a liquefied activated charcoal paste with a liquefied cellulose paste to produce filaments of textile fiber embedded with activated charcoal.

Manufacturing method of recycling leather sheet using fiber of leather
10612103 · 2020-04-07 · ·

A method of preparing recycling leather sheets comprise: pre-processing where leather wastes are neutralized and fatliquoring agents are adhered; separating leather fibers from the leather wastes that has undergone the pre-processing; mixing the separated leather fibers with fibers for improving a tensile strength of the separated leather fibers; and forming sheets by combining the mixed leather fibers and raw fabrics for floor. The method of preparing recycling leather sheets in the present invention may reduce environmental pollution by preparing recycling leather sheets through physical combination without using adhesives.

HEMP FABRIC AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
20240093412 · 2024-03-21 ·

Disclosed embodiments may include a blended terry fabric or methods of manufacture therefor. The blended terry fabric may comprise a ground yarn, a weft yarn, and a pile yarn. The pile yarn may comprise a main core yarn and an auxiliary yarn. The main core yarn may be made from a blend of cotton and hemp. The auxiliary yarn may wind around the main core yarn to enclose the main core yarn. The auxiliary yarn may be made from cotton.

LABEL AND RELATED METHOD
