Fibrous structure-containing articles that exhibit consumer relevant properties
Articles, such as sanitary tissue products, including fibrous structures, and more particularly articles including fibrous structures having a plurality of fibrous elements wherein the article exhibits differential cellulose content throughout the thickness of the article and methods for making same are provided.
Paper treatment agent
Provided is a paper treatment agent in which a polyhydric alcohol as a moisturizer has been mixed, and with which paper that has a favorable texture when pressed strongly against the skin as in the case of blowing the nose or the like, suppresses the moisture absorption and moisture desorption even under the environment of high humidity or low humidity, and retains the sense of use, the moist feeling, and the softness can be obtained.
FIBROUS STRUCTURE-CONTAINING ARTICLES THAT EXHIBIT CONSUMER RELEVANT PROPERTIES
Articles, such as sanitary tissue products, comprising fibrous structures, and more particularly articles comprising fibrous structures comprising a plurality of fibrous elements wherein the articles exhibit improved consumer relevant properties, for example improved bulk and absorbent properties, compared to known articles and methods for making same are provided.
MULTI-PLY TISSUE PRODUCT
Disclosed are non-treated, creped tissue webs, and tissue products produced therefrom, having low stiffness and surface lint. The inventive products may be produced by a print creping process adapted to dispose a non-crosslinked latex polymer on at least one of the outer surfaces of the tissue product. The non-crosslinked latex polymer creping composition does not negatively affect stiffness such that the products generally have a Stiffness Index less than about 5.0, such as from about 2.5 to about 5.0.
EMBOSSED MULTI-PLY TISSUE PRODUCTS
The present invention provides an embossed multi-ply tissue product that is visually pleasing and has improved physical attributes. For example, the inventive multi-ply tissue products have reduced stiffness, such as a GM Flexural Rigidity less than about 600 mg*cm, improved absorbency, such as a Residual Water (WResidual) value less than about 0.15 g, and improved wet resiliency, such as a wet elastic strain ratio greater than about 32 percent.
Fibrous Structures and Methods for Making Same
Fibrous structures that exhibit a novel combination of properties and to methods for making such fibrous structures are provided.
Coreless Rolls of a Tissue Paper Product and Methods of Manufacturing Coreless Rolls
Disclosed is a coreless roll of a tissue paper product having a first end and a second end and having an outer diameter in the range of 95 to 150 mm, a web of tissue paper product being wound to define an axially extending inner hole centrally positioned relative to the coreless roll such that the first end is located on the outer side of the coreless roll and the second end is located at the inner hole, a diameter of the inner hole being 20-50 mm, a density of the coreless roll is being 80-160 160 kg/m.sup.3, and a caliper ratio of the roll being 10%-80%, the tissue paper product including between two and six plies, wherein at least one of the plies is an embossed ply, and the plies are ply-bonded, the grammage of the tissue paper product is in a range of 24 g/m2 to 125 g/m2.
Absorbent structures with high absorbency and low basis weight
Absorbent product including a laminate of at least two plies, wherein the absorbent product has a measured Valley Volume parameter greater than 11 microns and a Pit Density of greater than 25 pockets per sq. cm.
Process for making multi-ply fibrous structure containing articles
Articles, for example multi-ply fibrous structure-containing articles such as multi-ply sanitary tissue products, containing two or more fibrous structure plies, and more particularly to multi-ply articles containing two or more fibrous structure plies having a plurality of fibrous elements wherein the articles exhibit improved bulk and absorbent properties compared to known articles and methods for making same, are provided.
