METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING UNDERWATER CONCRETE BLOCK STRUCTURE
20220162824 · 2022-05-26 · ·

Disclosed is a method of constructing an underwater concrete block structure, including: fabricating a plurality of concrete blocks having a vertical hole extending in the vertical direction; forming a foundation concrete block structure by installing the concrete block on the seafloor; vertically installing at least one guide pole in the foundation concrete block structure; forming a concrete block stack by repeating a process of positioning the concrete block to be installed above the surface of the water; and forming a main concrete column for binding the plurality of concrete blocks.

FOUNDATION FOR A TOWER STRUCTURE, TOWER FOR A WIND POWER INSTALLATION, AND WIND POWER INSTALLATION, AND ALSO METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING A FOUNDATION FOR A TOWER STRUCTURE
20220154418 · 2022-05-19 ·

A foundation for a tower structure, in particular for a tower of a wind power installation, comprising a soil improvement unit with piles and with a slab which is arranged on the piles and which has a foundation side, wherein the foundation side forms a foundation plane, and a shallow foundation which has an areal standing side for mounting onto the foundation plane, wherein the shallow foundation is arranged on the slab.

Off-shore wind turbine system and method of installation

An off-shore wind turbine system is assembled using a platform or jack-up vessel, and a first base anchored to the seafloor at a bade assembly off-shore location. A buoyant tower is attached to the first base. A crane provided on the platform or jack-up vessel is used to lift blades and blades, which are then coupled to a turbine held in a nacelle provided at the top of the buoyant tower. The buoyant tower, the nacelle, and the blades are detached from the first base. The buoyant tower, the nacelle, and the blades are towed to a wind farm and connected to a second base provided in the wind farm. The buoyant tower, the nacelle, and the blades are further stabilized using mooring lines spanning between the buoyant towers and other bases provided in the wind farm. The first base and/or the second base include anti-rotation features.

Electrical Pole with H-Web Caisson
20230265634 · 2023-08-24 ·

An H-pile caisson includes side tabs that can be gripped by side-mounted clamps on a vibratory hammer so that the caisson may be lifted into position from a horizontal position, oriented vertically, and driven into the ground without readjustment of the clamping of the vibratory hammer. A bolted side-extending base plate provides a mounting surface for a pole while allowing a continuous section of the H-pile to be received directly by the vibratory hammer.
