LATCH FITTING
The invention relates to a child safety locking mechanism 1 for a cupboard or drawer 2 comprising at least one movable door or drawer 3 and a fixed frame 2, and the locking mechanism 1 comprising: a latch assembly 5 and a catch part 4 each fitted on the movable door or drawer 3 and fixed frame, the latch assembly 5 including a latching arm 8 and a latching hook 9, and the catch part including a catch arm 6. The latching hook 9 is aligned to abut against the catch arm 6 in a locked position to prevent the movable door from being fully opened, wherein the latching arm is movable to an unlocked position in which the latching hook 9 is no longer aligned to abut against the catch arm 6 and the movable door or drawer 3 may be opened. Motor driven automatic release means are provided which are remotely actuatable to automatically move the latching arm 8 to the unlocked position when the automatic release means are actuated by a user. The latching arm 8 is moved downwards automatically by the remote actuation of the release arm 20 out of alignment with the catch arm 6. The release arm 20 is mounted on an axle which is rotated by a motor to just a sufficient extent to act on the latch arm 8 to move it out of alignment with the catch arm 6. The latch assembly 5 includes control means for the motor in the form of a circuit board, which also includes a Bluetooth or other radio wave receiver, located in a latch assembly casing 22.
PORTABLE DOOR LOCK
Portable door locks are disclosed. One of the portable door locks includes i) a non-destructively removable door mount securable to a vertical door edge, ii) a deflection arm extending longitudinally from a distal arm end to a proximal arm end, and iii) a door frame engagement latch connected to the deflection arm proximate the distal arm end. The proximal arm end is connected to the door mount. The deflection arm is rotatable relative to the door mount between at least a biased position and a deflected position. The door frame engagement latch is movable relative to the deflection arm between at least a door frame latching position and a door frame gliding position. The door frame engagement latch is biased toward the door frame latching position.
Door handle lock
Methods and apparatus for using a look on a door lever handle are disclosed. The lock includes a base configured to mount the lock to a door having a lever handle and a lever handle guard pivotally attached to the base, the lever handle guard being pivotable between a locking position and a non-locking position. The lever handle guard is securable in the non-locking position. The lever handle guard includes first and second guard portions arranged to prevent rotation of the lever handle when the lever handle guard is in the locking position. When the lever handle guard is secured in the non-locking position, the first and second guard portions are arranged to permit rotation of the lever handle without contacting the first and second guard portions.
UNLOCKING AND LOCKING METHOD OF CABINET LOCK AND CABINET SAFETY LOCK
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to an unlocking and locking method of a cabinet lock and a cabinet safety lock. During unlocking, a lock rod is displaced relative to a locking assembly to release the locking of the lock rod, and a first lock rod is rotated to an unlocked position. During locking, the first lock rod is rotated to a locked position and the locking assembly is engaged with the lock rod to lock the second lock rod. The method and the cabinet safety lock have a novel operating mode, have a firm structure, are convenient to use, and can effectively avoid unauthorized operation by children.
Fence gate limiting mechanism, fence gate assembly and fence gate limiting method
The invention belongs to the technical field of protective articles for infants and young children, and particularly relates to a fence gate limiting mechanism, a fence gate assembly and a fence gate limiting method which can be suitable for protective devices such as fence gates. In the invention, the traditional dual-operation unlocking is transformed into two-stage unlocking, which eliminates the occurrence of unauthorized opening of the gate assembly by infants and young children. The invention also provides a novel connection mechanism with desirable structural strength and connection strength, which reduces the labor intensity and improves the assembly efficiency in production, assembly and maintenance.
Playpen door
A playpen door, including a door frame; a door body movably mounted on the door frame; and a detection assembly mounted on the door frame and the door body and configured to detect open or closed state of the door body. The door body is hinged to the door frame. A locking assembly is arranged between the door body and the door frame. The locking assembly may be opened by a switch. The detection assembly is mounted away from a position where the door body is hinged to the door frame. When the door body rotates relative to the door frame, the detection assembly may be triggered, at which time the door body may be sensed to be open. When the door body returns to the closed position again after opening, the detection assembly may be triggered, at which time the door body may be sensed to be closed.
A Mounting Assembly
A mounting assembly comprising: a bracket; a mounting part; and a height adjustment mechanism to vary the position of the mounting part with respect to the bracket in the vertical direction. The height adjustment mechanism comprises: a set of interlocking elements; an arm connected to the bracket and having a protrusion that is moveable in a depth direction with respect to the bracket between a retracted position and a locking position in which the free end interlocks with an interlocking element; and at least one set screw extending along the vertical direction. Rotating the set screw moves the set screw in the vertical direction and pushes the protrusion from its retracted position to its locking position.
CHILD PROOF LATCH AND METHOD OF FITTING
The invention relates to a child safety locking mechanism for a cupboard comprising first and second movable doors 3a, 3b and a fixed frame 3, and comprising first and second latching means 1, 31 and a catching means 2, the first and second latching means 1, 31 each comprising a retractable rod 4, 34 removably engageable in a corresponding recess 5a, 5b in the catch means 2 and retractable by a user operable unlocking means 12, 42 against the action of a spring 6, 36 which spring 6, 35 restores the retractable rod 4, 34 to the catch engaged position when the user releases the user operable unlocking means 12, 42; wherein the user operable unlocking means 12, 42 includes secondary locking means 13, 43 which normally prevents the operation of the user operable unlocking means 12, 42 and which must be unlocked before the user operable unlocking means 12, 42 can be operated. The secondary locking means is unlocked by a rotating, sliding or pressing-in action, and corresponding the unlocking means 12, 42 may be released by a rotating, sliding or pressing in action, and that the direction movement required to unlock the secondary locking means 13, 43 is different to the direction of movement required to release the unlocking means 12, 42. The retractable rod 4 includes a first catch engaging end 4a and second opposite operating end 4b which includes a gear rack 9, and the user operable unlocking means 12 includes user engaging surface and is connected by a shaft 11 to gear wheel 10 which engages the gear rack 9 to slidably move the retracting rod 4 when the engaging surface of the user operable unlocking means is rotated by an adult user.
