INDEXING VALVE SYSTEM FOR A RESOURCE EXPLORATION AND RECOVERY SYSTEM
An indexing valve system includes a first tubular having an outer surface portion, an inner surface portion defining a passage portion, and a plurality of indexing components. A second tubular is axially aligned with the first tubular. The second tubular includes an outer surface section, an inner surface section defining a passage section, and a plurality of indexing members that selectively inter-engage with the plurality of indexing components. The inner surface section including a plurality of indexing elements. An insert extends into, and is axially shiftable relative to, the passage portion and the passage section. The insert includes an outer surface supporting an indexer that selectively engages with the plurality of indexing elements to rotate the second tubular relative to the first tubular.
Power generation for multi-stage wireless completions
Wireless multi-stage completions for providing power to and telemetry communication with downhole device(s) are provided. A power generation system can be disposed along a production string to power downhole devices. The power generation system can be driven by annulus fluid flow or production fluid flow and converts the fluid flow to electrical energy. The power generation system can be retrievably disposed in a side pocket mandrel.

Ball seat release apparatus including sliding shear sleeve
Provided, in one aspect, is a ball seat release apparatus. The ball seat release apparatus, according to this embodiment, includes a shear sleeve having a recess pocket and a ball seat body slidingly engaged within the shear sleeve, the ball seat body configured to move from a first linear position to a second linear position. The ball seat body further includes a longitudinal fluid passageway, a ball seat located in the longitudinal fluid passageway, one or more first fluid bypass ports coupling the longitudinal fluid passageway and an exterior of the ball seat body, the one or more first fluid bypass ports located on a first side of the ball seat, and one or more second fluid bypass ports coupling the longitudinal fluid passageway and the exterior of the ball seat body, the one or more second fluid bypass ports located on a second opposing side of the ball seat.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HANGER AND PACKOFF LOCK RING ACTUATION
A wellbore system includes a hanger lock energizing ring, a hanger lock ring, and a shoulder ring. The wellbore system further includes a seal energizing ring coupled to the shoulder ring. The wellbore system also includes a seal element being driven into an energized position by the seal energizing ring. The wellbore system further includes a seal lock energizing ring being driven to move via one or more extensions. The wellbore system includes a seal lock ring being supported, at least in part, by the seal energizing ring. Both the hanger lock ring and the seal lock ring are set, substantially simultaneously, responsive to movement of the one or more extensions.

Gas lift barrier
A removable barrier is provided that prevents flow between an exterior of a mandrel and an interior of a mandrel. In one embodiment a dissolvable shroud surrounds the ports of the gas lift valve and temporarily prevents flow between the exterior of the gas lift valve and the interior of the mandrel. In an additional embodiment, a dissolvable plug may be placed within a portion of the gas lift valve or a portion of the lug in the mandrel to temporarily prevent flow between the exterior of the gas lift valve and the interior of the mandrel. In another embodiment, a dissolvable sleeve is placed within the mandrel to cover the port within the mandrel to temporarily prevent flow between the exterior of the gas the valve in the interior of the mandrel.
