Systems for assembling a wind turbine without the assistance of cranes. According to some implementations a system is provided that includes lifting systems having lifting platforms arranged peripherally around the tower. The lifting platforms cooperate with different connection tools that can be supported on an auxiliary column and thus lift or lower the tower modules.

A wax control element for subsea processing of well fluids in a wellstream comprises a bundle of flowlines within an elongate tensile structure. That structure defines inlet and outlet ends and has cooling and heating provisions that act on the flowlines, in use, to promote deposition of wax in the flowlines and subsequent entrainment of wax in the wellstream.

A large-size floating structure which meets the needs for extending the activities of coastal towns is provided. The architectural and technical design can accommodate several thousand inhabitants, while attracting many visitors and customers to live, work and enjoy varied leisure facilities. wherein the outboard support system is arranged with respect to the pile support frame such that the frame member extends transverse with respect to the support frame axis of rotation for arranging the hoisting member at a distance from the seat and aligned with the seat such that a pile may engage the hoisting member upon longitudinal movement of the pile along the seat.
Installation method for water-submersible platforms and installation vessel
A method for installing a water-submersible platform is disclosed. The method includes lowering the platform in water from a vessel positioned above the platform while spuds connecting the vessel to the platform stabilize the platform during lowering. An assembly of the vessel and platform, and a vessel that is used to connect to the platform is also disclosed.
Subsea vessel and use
A subsea vessel includes filler material, which may be enclosed by an outer shell and may provide the vessel with a density for floatation. Exemplary applications for the vessels include buoyancy and tanks to hold fluids for operations subsea. The filler may include thermoplastic materials and/or concrete, which may be formed to create internal void spaces.

Process for installing an offshore tower, specifically a substructure, which basically comprises the following steps: a) dry manufacturing a foundation comprising a block (1, 1) basically made of concrete and dry manufacturing a base section (25) of a shaft (2); b) applying said base section to said foundation block, forming a unit called the starting unit; c) moving said starting unit to the installation point of said substructure; and d) actuating in a controlled manner, first ballast valve means in such a manner that said starting unit sinks until resting on the seabed; having placed said foundation block or said starting unit in the body of water where the installation point said substructure is located.
VESSEL AND A METHOD OF INSERTING A MONOPILE INTO A GUIDE
A vessel comprises a hull and a guide for guiding a monopile. The guide is movably mounted to the hull and includes a receiving part and a closure part which is movable for creating a closed condition of the guide where the guide forms an annular body extending in a main plane and an open condition in which the guide has an opening to a space, allowing a monopile to be received in the space. A displacing device displaces the guide within the main plane. A control system controls the displacing device and such that it determines an oscillating path of a monopile relative to the hull in a direction within the main plane when the monopile and the guide are moving towards each other and the guide is in the open condition for receiving the monopile. The displacing device displaces the guide substantially synchronously with the determined oscillating path.
