ANTI-SEISMIC PERFORMANCE REINFORCEMENT AND CRACK REPAIR STRUCTURE OF MASONRY STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SAME
20210062523 · 2021-03-04 ·

An anti-seismic performance reinforcement structure of a masonry structure and a construction method of the same are proposed, where a deformed bar is constructed to be tied to the entire circumference of the masonry structure at every predetermined height thereof such that the masonry structure is connected to a wall, thereby simplifying a construction process, and inducing the masonry structure and the wall to be moved integrally to each other during an earthquake so as to prevent the masonry wall from collapsing. The method of performing anti-seismic performance reinforcement and crack repair of the masonry structure includes: removing a predetermined depth of a horizontal joint; mounting the cross joint by forcibly press-fitting the cross joint having the press-in holder and the horizontal holder to a perforated position; fixing a deformed bar fixture to the wall; and tying the entire circumference of the masonry structure with the deformed bar.

In certain embodiments, the exterior wall maintenance apparatus comprises a suspension means; and a suspended platform, where the suspended platform is physically coupled with the suspension means and the suspension means moves the suspended platform vertically and horizontally in parallel to an exterior wall of high rise buildings.

METHOD FOR REPAIRING WALL DISEASES OF EARTHEN ARCHITECTURE

A method for repairing wall diseases of an earthen architecture includes the following specific steps: S1: selecting raw material components, and mixing the raw material components to prepare a mixed material; S2: mixing the mixed material with plain soil at a certain ratio to form a repair material; and S3: mixing the repair material with water at a certain ratio to prepare slurry, adjusting the ratio of the repair material to water to prepare the slurry based on diseases of the earthen site, putting the slurry into a pressure grouting machine, and repairing the diseases of the earthen site by using the pressure grouting machine. The repair material prepared in the method features excellent performance, stable volume and good compatibility with a site. The method based on the repair material has certain practical significance in repairing diseases of the earthen site.

Device and system for gas injection in and extraction from a building structure

The present disclosure relates to a device and a system for gas injection in cavities of building structures, particularly for drying, decontaminating or drying and decontaminating building structures. The present disclosure also relates to a device and a system for gas extraction from cavities of building structures, particularly for drying, or for drying and decontaminating building structures. The present disclosure also generally relates to a system for monitoring parameters of a gas injection/extraction process using the device and system provided herein.

REMOTE FACADE INSPECTION GANTRY

A facade gantry allows for close inspection of a facade using remotely operated cameras, probes, and/or sampling devices. These devices are located in a housing that is positioned in front of a facade by a system of cables, from which it is suspended, that allow for movement in any direction in a plane. Two cables are attached to the housing containing the sensors and tools and are wound onto two separate spools located on the roof at the vertical boundaries of the inspection area. By winding and unwinding these spools, the housing can be raised, lowered, and moved from side to side. The invention further has an optional shed located on the ground that protects pedestrians in the case of a suspension system failure. The shed moves to maintain a position directly under the housing. The gantry optionally allows for repair of the facade by using remotely operated repair tools.
