A temperature controlled seating assembly allowing athletes to rest in a temperature controlled environment includes an enclosure having a seating unit positioned therein. The seating unit can seat multiple users. A heating and cooling unit is engaged to the enclosure and controls a temperature within the enclosure, thus allowing the users, such as athletes, to rest in a temperature controlled environment.

A portable enclosure includes a bottom component including a first sidewall that forms a first door opening. The portable enclosure further includes a top component including a second sidewall that forms a second door opening. The top component is configured to removably attach to the bottom component to align the first door opening and the second door opening and to at least partially enclose an interior volume of the portable enclosure. A covering may be used between the pairs of anchors to separate the living space from the rest of the space to improve individual privacy.
