Pool water level and vacuum monitor
The pool water level and vacuum monitor is a device that is adapted to be seated on a pool deck adjacent to a swimming pool, and which monitors water level when filling a pool liner whilst a vacuum is removing air from behind a pool liner and a concrete wall of a pool. Moreover, the pool water level and vacuum monitor includes a telescoping armature that extends aside of a housing. The telescoping armature includes a cord and a float member on a distal end of the cord. The float member is adapted to rest on a pool surface of the swimming pool, and moves to close a float switch integrated in the float member. The float switch is able to turn off all circuitry associated within the housing.
ALGAE PREVENTIVE DEVICE
An algae preventive device for prevention of algae buildup in an aquarium is presented. The algae preventive device is useful for eliminating algae growth on all surfaces. Also, the algae preventive device is useful for keeping water clear and can be used on ponds, pools and aquariums. The algae preventive device does not impact fish or plant life and does not require testing of water, high-grade filers and media, lighting modification or chemicals.
WATER SANITISATION DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of sanitising a body of water including the steps of adding sodium chlorite and/or sodium chlorate to the body of water and converting the sodium chlorite and/or sodium chlorate to chlorine dioxide in an electrolysis cell which is in fluid communication with a water circulation system of the body of water, wherein chlorine is also added to the body of water.
AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED SELF-IONISING DEVICE OPERATING BY MEANS OF MECHANICAL KINETIC-ENERGY, PROVIDED WITH A SYSTEM FOR PURIFYING WATER BY MEANS OF IONISATION, FOR SWIMMING POOLS FOR HOME OR PUBLIC USE OR SIMILAR
The invention relates to a system for the ionisation of water by electrolysis, for swimming pools, operating by means of mechanical kinetic energy of the water driven from the filtration system of a swimming pool. The invention relates to a system for the ionisation of water of swimming pools or tanks by electrolysis. Said pools or tanks must be provided with a water circulation system. The system can be easily installed in all types of swimming pool without affecting the original character thereof, and uses an autonomous and safe source of energy, the electric power being generated by the kinetic energy accumulated in the water, produced by the driving system for the filtration of the swimming pool water. This energy is used both for the generation of electricity used in the production of ions by electrolysis, and as a source for indicating operation. Kinetic energy is also used as a source of energy for the element for actuating the electrode cleaner.
SYSTEMS, ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS OF REDUCING HEAD LOSS IN HEATING DEVICES
Low head loss systems are detailed. The systems may include chambers having low impedance to water flow therethrough and repositionable gates or other valves within the chambers. The valves may direct water as a function of whether an associated heating device is active. At least some gates may incorporate poppet valves or other high-flow by-passes.
FLUID CIRCULATION MONITORING SYSTEM
A fluid circulation monitoring system includes a distributed processing system having a first processor located on-premises near a space filled with a circulating fluid and a second processor located off-premises. The first processor and the second processor are in communication with one another. A sensor is operatively connected to the first processor and senses at least one parameter associated with a flow rate of fluid through the circulation system. The distributed processing system is configured to process the at least one parameter and derive a volumetric fluid flow rate through a fluid pump which propels the fluid through the circulation system. Pattern recognition is applied to the at least one parameter to detect maintenance events and predict the need for maintenance events.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR POOL AND SPA FILTER CLEANING
A self-cleaning pool or spa filter system having a filter body housing a set of filter cartridges, each filter cartridge rotatably connected to a filter holder, a spray manifold having an inlet for receiving water from a pump and a plurality of sprayers, a shaft connected to the filter holder and a motor, which can rotate the shaft and thus the filter holder, causing the set of filter cartridges to rotate about the shaft, exposing lengthwise each filter cartridge to the sprayers; a sun gear attached to the first shaft; and a set of planet gears, each planet gear being concentrically associated with one filter cartridge and engaged by the sun gear, causing transfer of a rotational movement of the sun gear to each planet gear and to each filter cartridge, causing each filter cartridge to rotate, exposing the entire circumference of each filter cartridge to the plurality of sprayers.
Flush mounted vinyl nozzle assembly and methods of use
A pool nozzle assembly having a body, a clamp ring, a plurality of screws, a cover ring, and a nozzle is disclosed. The body includes a body rim having a plurality of screw receivers and a female threaded portion. The clamp ring is removably coupled to the body and couples a vinyl liner between the clamp ring and the body. The clamp ring includes an inner rim and an outer rim. The plurality of screws removably couple the clamp ring to the body. The cover ring includes a cover rim and a male threaded portion threadedly coupled to the female threaded portion. The cover rim covers the plurality of screws and is substantially planar with the outer rim. The nozzle is removably coupled to the base of the body such that a top end of the nozzle is substantially planar with outer rim and the cover rim.
INTELLIGENT POOL APPARATUS
A pool apparatus for users to do activities in the pool apparatus. The pool apparatus includes a pool main body, one or more than one reaction deices and a control circuit. The control circuit is connected to the reaction device and controls the reaction device according to a setting to increase additional functions of the pool apparatus. When the control circuit is connected to an external device via at least one wireless network, a user may use the external device to adjust the setting. The external device does not need to be paired with the control circuit in advance. Instead, the external device interacts with the control circuit via a protocol to access and adjust the setting.
Mechanical filter element, apparatus and method
The present disclosure a mechanical filter element (2) for forming a static filter pack (11) to perform mechanical filtration of a liquid. The mechanical filter element (1) has one or more filter cell (19). The present disclosure also relates to a mechanical filter apparatus (1) having a filter chamber (10) containing a plurality of mechanical filter elements (2) for forming the static filter pack (11) to perform mechanical filtration of a liquid. The mechanical filter apparatus (1) is configured to generate a flow of the liquid through the mechanical filter elements (2) during filtration to form the static filter pack (11).
