According to the invention, the inertial member is kinematically coupled to the secondary branch of the handle lever and extends on the side of the secondary branch with respect to the handle axis opposite to a gripping main branch.
Handle system with a safety device
The system includes a bracket, a handle pivotally mounted about a handle axis and including a main gripping branch and a secondary branch each extending on either side of the handle axis, a safety device configured to block an ejection of the handle towards its open position in the event of an impact. The device includes a blocking pawl elastically biased into a position of blocking the pivoting of the secondary branch according to a handle ejection direction and at least one lever for releasing the secondary branch in the ejection direction, the release lever being configured to drive the pawl, against its elastic biasing force, into a release position of the secondary branch, consecutively to a manual mechanical action of pushing in the handle from its flush position and/or to the triggering of an electric actuation for ejecting the handle from its flush position.
Structure for connecting door latch cable to retractable outside door handle assembly for vehicle
A structure can be used for connecting a door latch cable to a retractable outside door handle assembly for a vehicle. A mounting housing is inserted into a case of the retractable outside door handle assembly in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and hanged by and mounted at the case in a height direction of the vehicle. A door latch cable is movably installed at the mounting housing.
ELECTRIC DOOR HANDLE FOR A VEHICLE DOOR
The present invention relates to an electric door handle (10) for a vehicle door, comprising a main body (20) for arrangement in the vehicle door, wherein a hand grip (30) is mounted on the main body (20) so as to be movable within a range of movement (BB) between a mechanically defined first end position (EP1) and a mechanically defined second end position (EP2) by means of a handle bearing (32), further comprising an electric drive (40) for a movement of the hand grip (30) between the two end positions (EP1, EP2) and at least one sensor means (50) for determining the position of the hand grip (30) between the two end positions (EP1, EP2), wherein the electric drive (40) comprises a transmission device (42) for load-free positioning of the hand grip (30) in a gripping position (GP) of the hand grip (30) at a distance from the end positions (EP1, EP2) and for load-free positioning of the hand grip (30) in a travel position (FP) at a distance from the end positions (EP1, EP2) and from the gripping position (GP).
HIDDEN VEHICLE DOOR HANDLE MOUNTING MECHANISM AND VEHICLE
The application provides a mounting mechanism for a hidden vehicle door handle and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The mounting mechanism comprises an outer plate mounting assembly, a base assembly and tolerance absorption assemblies; the outer plate mounting assembly is configured to be disposed on the inner side of a vehicle door outer plate and integrally disposed on the vehicle door outer plate; the base assembly is configured to be connected with a handle and clamped and fixed to a designated mounting position by the outer plate mounting assembly; and the tolerance absorption assemblies are fixedly connected with the base assembly, disposed between mounting holes and bolts on a vehicle door outer plate reinforcing plate, and configured to absorb tolerances between the bolts and the mounting holes.
Opening control with a linear actuator for a motor vehicle
An opening control has a case and a handle mounted so as to tilt about an axis relative to the case between at least one rest position and an ejected position, a lever for pivoting the handle in ejection and/or retraction and electrical actuation element of the pivot lever. The lever is configured to pivot about an axis common to the handle and has a member for elastically returning into a return position in which it is adapted to retain the handle in its rest position. The actuation element is configured to make the lever pivot against the return force of the return member so as to drive in its rotational movement the handle from its rest position to its ejected position.
Method for extending and retracting vehicular door handle
A method for extending and retracting a handle of a door handle assembly for a door of a vehicle includes providing a door handle assembly having a base portion, a handle portion that is movably attached at the base portion, and an electrically operable actuator that operates to move the handle portion relative to the base portion. A control controls operation of the actuator to move the handle portion between a recessed position and a partially extended position. Responsive to detecting presence of an authorized user, a sensing system determines a motion vector of the user that is indicative of a direction that the user is moving relative to the vehicle. Responsive to determining that the determined motion vector is indicative of the user approaching the door of the vehicle, the control controls operation of the actuator to move the handle portion to the partially extended position.
