The rotatable connector is interacted with the handle. The first elastic element is at least configured to provide a restoring force for the handle to return to its origin position when the handle is rotated upward to lock the door, and the second elastic element is configured to provide a restoring force for the handle to return to its origin position when the handle is rotated downward to unlock and open the door, as well as to provide enough resistance to remain handle at its origin position when the handle is released. The door lock is effort-saving for the users to rotate the handle upward, and also adapted for various handles having different weights, to be remained at the origin position when the handle is released.

HANDLE-LOCKING MECHANISM AND DOOR LOCK USING SUCH MECHANISM
20220010589 · 2022-01-13 ·

A handle-locking mechanism for a door comprises a sliding bar, a locking member and a rotatable member all inside a lock body, wherein the rotary motion of the rotatable member drives an upper latch and a lower latch to a locking position and unlocking position; the sliding bar is slidably arranged inside the lock body and one end of the sliding bar abuts against the bolt, and the sliding bar is provided with a first elastic element, and the sliding bar is pushed against the elastic force from the first elastic element when the bolt retracts; the locking member is coupled with the sliding bar, and when the bolt stretches out, the locking member is brought by the sliding bar to a position to block the rotary motion of the rotatable member.

ANTI-UNLATCHED MECHANISM AND A DOOR LOCK THEREOF
20220010590 · 2022-01-13 ·

An anti-unlocked mechanism comprises a transmission gear, a sliding rod, a locking member and a first elastic member. The transmission gear includes an arc surface. An end of the sliding rod contacts the deadbolt of the lock body. The sliding rod is provided with a fixed stopper and a second elastic member. When the deadbolt is retracted, the sliding rod moves with the deadbolt against the elastic force of the second elastic member. When the deadbolt extends, the locking member moves with the sliding rod to block the rotation of the rotating part. The first elastic member comprises first and second protrusions. The second protrusion will not hinder the fixed stopper of the slide rod unless the first protrusion contacts with the circular arc surface, which will block the movement of the locking member to block rotation of the rotating part.

METHOD OF ADAPTING ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT STRUCTURE FOR CABLE MANAGEMENT

A method of adapting an electronic equipment structure for cable management, the method comprising: providing a cable manager having one or more cable finger units extending from a frame, the frame including at least one spine member having an extruded construction and one or more ledges that extend along a length thereof; providing an accessory rod assembly having a base member and an accessory rod, wherein the base member includes a front-facing socket, a rear-facing hook, and a rotatable knob having a threaded end received within a threaded portion at a side of the base member, and wherein the accessory rod has an extruded construction and a generally uniform, at least partially cylindrical, cross-sectional shape; positioning the rear-facing hook of the base member against one side of the one or more ledges of the at least one spine member; rotating the rotatable knob such that the threaded end is wound within the threaded portion of the base member and bears on an opposite side of the one or more ledges of the at least one spine member, thereby clamping the at least one spine member between the rear-facing hook and the rotatable knob; and positioning a proximal end of the accessory rod within the front-facing socket of the base member such that the accessory rod extends therefrom into a cable management space.

LOCK SYSTEM FOR DOOR

In one or more embodiment, a lock system for a door is presented. The system includes an interior assembly, an exterior assembly, fasteners, and end brackets. The interior assembly is configured for attachment to an interior side of the door and the exterior assembly is configured for attachment to an exterior side of the door with fasteners connecting the exterior assembly to the interior assembly. The interior assembly includes a mechanical assembly configured to extend the first and second locking bolts outward from the ends of the interior assembly in opposing directions to a locked position in response to a center member being moved from the first position to the second position. The mechanical assembly is configured to retract the first and second locking bolts inward into the interior assembly to an unlocked position in response to the center member being moved from the second position to the first position.

FOOT OPERATED LAVATORY DOOR ACTUATION AND DE-ACTUATION

A door system comprises a door, the door including a latch assembly configured to latch the door to a door frame to maintain the door in a closed position and to unlatch to allow the door to open to an opened position. A foot pedal is operatively connected to unlatch the latch assembly upon actuation by a user's foot. In certain embodiments, a handle can be operatively connected to unlatch the latch assembly upon actuation a user. The door system further includes the door frame and set of hinges operatively connecting the door to the door frame.

MULTIPOINT LOCKING DOOR HARDWARE

A lock system includes an active panel center gearbox. The active panel center gearbox includes a deadbolt, a deadbolt drive to extend or retract the deadbolt, an upper drive assembly, a lower drive assembly, a latch bolt, a handle assembly to retract the latch bolt and to extend or retract the lower and the upper driver assemblies, a reverse action rocker coupling the lower and the upper drive assemblies so they move in different directions, a mishandling bolt, and a mishandling plate. When the mishandling bolt extends, it lowers the mishandling plate. When the mishandling plate lowers, it engages the deadbolt to prevent the deadbolt from extending, it engages the handle assembly to prevent the lower drive assembly from extending, and it engages the reverse action rocker to prevent the upper drive assembly from extending.

Accessory rod assembly for a cable manager

An accessory rod assembly for positioning cables and cable management accessories in a cable manager includes a base member, an accessory rod, and a rotatable knob. The base member has a front, a rear, and two sides, the front including a forward-facing socket, the rear including a first hook protruding rearwardly therefrom, and one of the two sides including a threaded portion. The accessory rod has an extruded construction and a generally uniform, at least partially cylindrical cross-sectional shape along its length. The at least partially cylindrical cross-sectional shape is defined by two opposed arcuate portions interconnected by a midsection portion. Adjacent edges of the two opposed arcuate portions define a drop-in T-slot channel that extends along the length of the accessory rod. The rotatable knob has a handle and a threaded end received within the threaded portion of the base member.

Glove compartment

A latch mechanism is configured to be shifted between a closed state in which a glove door is held on a compartment body at a closed position and an open state in which the glove door is not held on the compartment body. An operation lever is operated to shift the lock mechanism from the closed state to the open state. When the latch mechanism is shifted to the closed state, the first engaging member is engaged with the engagement hole. When the latch mechanism is shifted to the open state, the first engaging member is disengaged from the engagement hole. The compartment body includes an operation restriction wall that restricts operation of the first engaging member from the side surface of an instrument panel or the side surface of the compartment body so that the first engaging member is not disengaged from the engagement hole.
