Cable guide assembly for a window regulator
A cable guide assembly adapted for use with a guide rail for a motor vehicle, for redirecting a cable of a window regulator, includes a cable guide formed with an arc-shaped body having a cable guide groove on an outer perimeter of the arc-shaped body and a cable guide receiving site formed in the guide rail adapted to receive and mount the cable guide. The cable guide includes a cable holding tab extending outward from the arc-shaped body along a longitudinal axis and a pair of side hooks extending from an end portion of the arc-shaped body along a transverse axis. In an intermediate-installed state of the cable, the cable is set under the cable holding tab, and in a fully-installed state of the cable, the side hooks are configured to prevent the cable from coming off from the cable guide.

FURNITURE COMPONENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
A furniture component and method of manufacturing the same, the furniture component having a wall with at least two opposite side faces and a multitude of front faces. On the wall between the side faces, a takeup space is configured which accommodates a set of fittings for guiding a movable furniture element. The set of fittings includes a multitude of fitting components and can be transferred to at least two positions. The takeup space includes aperture sections in at least two front faces of the wall, where the takeup space is outwardly open. The set of fittings is configured and set up such that during transfer of the set of fittings from the first position to the second position, the set of fittings moves at least in the aperture sections in the at least two front faces.
Window regulator and method of assembling the same
To provide a window regulator and a method of assembling the same, capable of easily applying grease to a wire facing surface of a guide rail, the window regulator includes: a guide rail extending in an operation direction of a window glass; a slider installed to the window glass and guided along the operation direction on the guide rail; and a wire configured to drive the slider along the operation direction with respect to the guide rail, wherein the guide rail has a wire facing surface facing the wire along the operation direction, and the slider has a grease application portion for applying grease along the operation direction on the wire facing surface.
Carrier member for a vehicle window lifter
A carrier for a vehicle window lifter configured to be connected to a window pane and adjusted by the vehicle window lifter. The carrier including a guide for a cable of the vehicle window lifter. The guide forms a guide surface and the cable lies along the guide surface when the vehicle window lifter is properly mounted. The guide surface defines at least one cutout configured to receive discharged particles from the guide surface of the carrier.
Slider-equipped window glass and process for its production
To provide a slider-equipped window glass capable of increasing the productivity and quality, and a process for its production. A slider 24 is an integrally molded product comprising an inner layer portion 36 and an outer layer portion 38. The inner layer portion 36 is bonded to a vehicle inner surface 20F of a window glass 20, and the outer layer portion 38 is located on the vehicle inner surface side of the inner layer portion 36 and is made of a material harder than the inner layer portion 36. Further, in the outer layer portion 38, a concave engaging portion 26 to engage with an up-and-down movement guide member 22, is formed.
CABLE ROUTING STRUCTURE AND WINDOW-GLASS LIFTING DEVICE USING SAME
Provided is a cable routing structure in which a cable guide member includes a support portion including an edge portion on one side and an edge portion on another side, a first erected portion erected on a side of the edge portion on the one side, and a second erected portion erected on a side of the edge portion on the other side. The first erected portion includes an engaging portion engaging with a base member, the second erected portion includes a connecting portion connected to the base member, and a distance in which a linear portion that is intermediate between both ends of a cable is provided between the first erected portion and the second erected portion. The base member includes an engaged portion being engaged with the engaging portion of the first erected portion.

A roller with a plastic injection tube to coat the steel shaft wherein the plastic coated shaft eliminates the metal-to-metal contact that creates the noise. Further disclosed is an improved roller wheel having a tire made of material selected from the group consisting of urethane and urethane (PER) on which the roller will roll within a garage door track to significantly reduce the noise of the roller as it rolls inside the garage door tracks as the garage door is raised and lowered. The roller shaft has the treads extending to a distal end of the roller shaft where a plastic washer and a closing cover nut with interior threads are threaded onto the distal end of the roller shaft. The closing cover nut with interior threads is selected from an acorn nut with a nylon insert and a hex lock nut with a nylon insert.
HOLDER-EQUIPPED WINDOW GLASS
A holder-equipped window glass includes a window glass having a holder and formed in a curved shape having a first radius of curvature in section in a sliding movement direction in a state where the window glass is mounted on a vehicle. The holder includes a connecting portion and a holder body. The connecting portion extends in a direction away from a lower edge of the holder body, and the connecting portion at least partly includes a circular arcuate portion having a second radius of curvature in section in the sliding movement direction.
