ULTRAVIOLET STERILIZATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
The present disclosure relates to an ultraviolet (UV) sterilization device, and more specifically, to a UV sterilization device whose radiation mode and position may be changed. The UV sterilization device includes: a sterilization unit configured to be movable up to a specific position and including a UV emission unit; a driving unit configured to move the sterilization unit; and a lens assembly including at least two different types of lenses and provided on a front surface of the UV emission unit.
NOVEL ULTRAVIOLET LAMP TUBE
The present application discloses a novel ultraviolet lamp tube, comprising an outer tube; an inner tube coaxially installed inside the outer tube; an outer electrode embedded on the outer tube; and an inner electrode installed inside the inner tube; wherein the outer surface of the inner electrode or inner tube is plated with a clutter waves coating or an inner tube coating that can reflect a desired wavelength band; and the outer sidewall of the outer tube is plated with a single-wavelength band coating that can transmit a single-wavelength band. The coating method is used for wave filtering to ensure monochromaticity of the light emitted by the light source and greatly reduce the volume of the ultraviolet lamp tube. At the same time, the ultraviolet lamp can be in a cylindrical shape to effectively increase the beam angle of the ultraviolet lamp and effectively improve the luminous efficiency of the ultraviolet lamp.
CONTAINER SANITIZING SYSTEM
A container sanitizing system is provided. The system includes one or more containers, e.g., food containers, and a system to sanitize the containers. The container sanitizing system includes a sanitizing station adapted to receive the food containers and to irradiate the items with ultraviolet light at a sufficient intensity to sanitize and disinfect the items. The food containers are collapsible and may be folded into box-like food containers for the general storage of food, and subsequently, unfolded into a generally flat structure for sanitization within the sanitizing station. The system also includes a handheld sanitizing unit that is portable and/or mobile.
X-RAY DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS AND DISINFECTION METHOD USING X-RAY DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS
An x-ray diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment includes an x-ray tube holder, a supporter, an ultraviolet ray, a contact portion detector, and an irradiation controller. The x-ray tube holder holds an x-ray tube. The supporter movably supports the x-ray tube holder. The ultraviolet ray emitter is disposed to the x-ray tube holder and emits ultraviolet rays. The contact portion detector detects a contact portion touched by a subject of detection, which is at least one of a subject of examination and an examination technician. The irradiation controller controls the support to move the x-ray tube holder to a position corresponding to the contact portion, and controls the ultraviolet ray emitter to emit the ultraviolet rays toward the contact portion.
Systems and methods for fluid disinfection with ultraviolet light
A fluid treatment system includes a reactor chamber fluidly coupled with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The reactor chamber is defined by one or more chamber walls. The system includes a UV LED, and a light pipe. The light pipe extends into the reactor chamber through at least one of the chamber walls. The light pipe has a proximal end disposed outside of the reactor chamber. The proximal end is coupled with the UV LED to transmit UV light into the reactor chamber through the light pipe. To that end, the light pipe also has a distal end, opposite the proximal end, that is disposed within an interior volume of the reactor chamber. The light pipe includes a central section disposed between the proximal end and the distal end. The central section is configured to transmit the UV light from UV LED to the distal end.
Air-drying storage device for cleaned slides
An air-drying storage device for cleaned slides, including a storage box and a slide rack; an upper right corner in the storage box is fixedly provided with a miniature air intaking pump, a lower left corner in the storage box is fixedly provided with a miniature air expelling pump; a plurality of positioning plates are arranged on left and right inner walls of the storage box; the slide rack is detachably arranged between the positioning plates; an upper end of the storage box is provided with an electric control box configured to controls entire circuit. The air expelling pump and the air expelling pump accelerate the air flow rate inside the storage box; a sealing device and a magnetic device are arranged between edges of the box doors and edges of the storage box to prevent air leakage; an ultraviolet sterilization lamp sterilize the inside of the storage box.
OPTICAL PROPERTIES AND METHODS FOR UV TREATMENT
A UV light medium can be enhanced to provide specific optical properties that assist in distributing UV light from a UV source to achieve a defined UV light pattern and effective UV disinfection. The properties of the UV light medium can be selected and enhanced by loading the medium with additives, applying a UV blocking pattern, varying the UV light medium material type, thickness, shape, layering, or surface texture. The medium can be any material subject to UV light during a UV treatment or disinfection process. The UV light medium can create a generally uniform UV light pattern that reduces UV hot spots. The UV light medium can diffuse UV light at a target area to enables more robust disinfection with the same or lower UV source intensity.
SANITIZING DEVICE
A sanitizing device particularly suitable for sanitizing personal use items such as a menstrual cup. The sanitizing device includes top and bottom half members, top and bottom reflective members positioned within the top and bottom half members, respectively, and a planar quartz glass member to ensure that all interior and exterior surfaces of the menstrual cup are adequately exposed to UVC light to achieve sanitization.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MOVEABLY SUPPORTING AN ULTRAVIOLET (UV) LIGHT LAMP WITHIN AN ENCLOSED SPACE
A disinfecting system and method for an enclosed space include an articulating arm moveably coupled to a structure within the enclosed space. An ultraviolet (UV) lamp is coupled to the articulating arm. The UV lamp is configured to emit UV light toward a disinfection zone within the enclosed space. The articulating arm allows the UV lamp to move relative to the disinfection zone.
