Modular space dividing system and method

A modular system for creating a temporary plurality of individual living spaces, may include a plurality of anchors, where pairs of anchors create opposing sides of a personal space. A frame may be positioned between the pairs of anchors to create a bedding structure. The anchors may also provide storage space, lights, power source, among other features of a living area. A covering may be used between the pairs of anchors to separate the living space from the rest of the space to improve individual privacy.

Anchor pier for manufactured building

An anchor pier for supporting a manufactured building, in which the anchor pier includes having a shaft with a connector and a helical flight proximate a driving tip, with a brace member attached to the connector and to the manufactured building with a connector, to transfer loading between the manufactured building and the ground. A method of supporting a manufactured building is disclosed.

Scale habitable units are disclosed for use in marine environments, such as the open sea, which are inexpensive to assemble and maintain, while providing habitable space.

Hybrid foundation system

A foundation support system for supporting a manufactured building from a ground surface, includes a pan configured to engage the ground surface. The pan includes a longitudinal bracket integrally formed in the pan. The bracket includes a pair of spaced walls extending in a longitudinal direction. First and second longitudinal struts include first and second lower strut ends, respectively, received between and attached to the spaced walls of the longitudinal bracket. The pan may also include an integrally formed lateral bracket which receives a lateral strut. The pan may include integral reinforcing ribs extending parallel to and between the walls of each bracket.

Marine habitation units are disclosed for use in the open sea. Each unit includes a habitable chamber; a column including a first end, and a second end, opposite the first end, the second end for mounting in a sea bed; and, and, a segment in communication with the habitable chamber, and the first end of the column. The segment is moveable both substantially vertically, and, rotatably, allowing the wherein the habitable chamber and the column to move substantially vertically, and, rotatably, with respect to each other.

Support assembly for a building structure
11299863 · 2022-04-12 · ·

A support assembly for supporting a building structure, the support assembly comprising: a pile adapted to be buried into a ground surface, the pile having a longitudinal axis; a pile head adapted to be secured to a top end of a pile, the pile head including a mounting member engaging the pile and an extendable member movably mounted to the mounting member, the extendable member being movable relative to the mounting member, along the longitudinal axis, the extendable member including: a support platform adapted to receive the support beam of the manufactured home's support frame thereon; and at least one holding member adapted to engage the building structure and to prevent movement of the support beam relative to the support platform.

Tie Down Ground Anchor Head
20220098815 · 2022-03-31 ·

An anchor head mounted to or incorporated into the shaft of conventional tie down stakes and earth anchors. The anchor head eliminates the need to manually drive the earth anchor into the ground and allows the anchor to be placed and removed using conventional powered drill/drivers and hex sockets or wrenches. The anchor head has a hexagonal top section and a hexagonal bottom sectional separated by an integral, central annular shoulder. The top and bottom sections are each configured to have six equilateral side walls and dimensioned to receive two different sizes of wrench or hex socket. The bottom section of the anchor head has a threaded axial bore for receiving the threaded end of the anchor shaft. The bottom section also has a lateral “swage” bore through which a punch is inserted to swage or deform the threads of the shaft to permanently secure the anchor head to the shaft.

MULTI-CONFIGURATION PAN FOR FOUNDATION SYSTEM

A foundation system for supporting a manufactured building from a ground surface, includes a pan to engage the ground surface and at least one bracket. The pan and brackets provide first, second, and third orientations. The first orientation includes one bracket mounted in a central area and oriented to receive two longitudinal struts couplable to a first beam and one lateral strut couplable to a second beam. The second orientation includes the central area being clear to receive a block pier and one bracket mounted longitudinally offset from the central area and oriented to receive one longitudinal strut couplable to the first beam and one lateral strut couplable to the second beam. The third orientation includes the central area for the block pier and two brackets mounted longitudinally on opposite sides of the central area and oriented to each receive one of two longitudinal struts couplable to the first beam.
