Floor or wall covering system with laying units which can be combined in a modular manner
Surface laying unit (100) for laying with other surface laying units (100) on an underlying surface (300), wherein the surface laying unit (100) has a useful layer (102) and a connecting structure (104) which is provided directly on an underside of the useful layer (102) and which is designed for connecting to the underlying surface (300).
Support plate system for elevated flooring tiles
An elevated flooring surface assembly including surface tiles disposed on respective support plates, the corners of which in turn rest on support pedestals disposed upon a fixed surface with a predetermined spacing therebetween to provide for increased degrees of support of the surface tiles above the fixed surface.
INJURY RISK MITIGATING RAISED FLOOR TILE SEPARATING DEVICE
An example raised floor tile separating apparatus includes a frame, a pedal, and a pivot arm. The pivot arm has a first end coupled to the pedal and a second end coupled to a tile attachment tool. Another example raised floor tile separating apparatus includes a bottom member, a ratchet, a pedal having an inclination, a pulley, and a cable having a first end coupled to the ratchet and a second end coupled to a tile attachment tool. The cable extends from the first end to the second end through the pulley.
CUSTOMIZABLE TILE FOR MODULAR PLATFORM SYSTEM, MODULAR PLATFORM SYSTEM WITH CUSTOMIZABLE TILE, AND METHOD OF PLATFORM MAKING
A customizable tile is configured for use with a modular platform system that uses tiles, beams supporting the tiles, and legs supporting the beams. The customizable tiles include a tile sizing structure on an underside thereof. The tile sizing structure includes channels and cutting slots extending in different directions so that the channels and cutting slots intersect. The cutting slots act as a guide to cut the tile to alter its width and/or length so that the tile has a customized size for use in the modular platform system. The channels are configured to receive a support board, if necessary, to provide support for the tile on the beams once the tile is cut to size. The channels can also connect to the beams for tile support if need be.
Height and slope adjustable pedestal
An elevating leveling pedestal having a base rotatably attached to a first coupling end to collectively create a height adjustment mechanism, a second coupling end non-rotatably attached to a first end of a non-threaded midsection of predetermined length with a second end non-rotatably attached to a head assembly to support, secure, and level a surface installed over a non-sloping or sloping sub-surface. Another embodiment comprising a height and slope adjustable pedestal that has its tilting mechanism on the bottom of the pedestal allowing the pedestal column to remain vertical and not skewed made using a single length of unthreaded piping, the rotatable device base having minimal surface threading, and the device base able to be locked in a zero or non-zero slope for supporting a structure above a fixed surface, and the method of using such a device.

SIDEWALL-CONNECTED HVAC UNITS FOR MODULAR DATACENTER FACILITIES
A modular datacenter facility and a method thereof is provided in accordance with some embodiments. The module datacenter facility can be constructed with an initial set of building modules of different types of functionality. A first building module can be a data-floor building module. A first set of sidewall-connected heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units can connect to a sidewall of the modular datacenter facility and use electrical power provided by a first electrical power distribution building module to supply conditioned air into an air-supply plenum of the sidewall to cool computing systems housed in the data-floor building module. The first set of the sidewall-connected HVAC units allow for fewer penetrations in a roof of the data-floor building module, thereby minimizing an amount of leaks potentially occurring in the roof of the ceiling, and thereby minimizing risk of any damage to the computing systems.
Floor panel
The invention provides a floor panel which can reduce a material cost and achieve a weight saving, by easily carrying out a press drawing process. In a floor panel in which an upper member and a lower member are joined in their peripheral edge portions and an internal space is formed in an inner portion of the floor panel, an opening portion intruding approximately as a rectangular shape into an inner side of the floor panel is formed in a side plate portion of each of the upper member and the lower member, and a shape of the opening portion is formed as such a curved shape that two internal corner portions intrude into the inner side of the floor panel than the other approximately linear portions than the internal corner portions, in a whole or a part of a horizontal cross section.
