PANEL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
This disclosure relates to a panel support assembly comprising a channel element and a post. In one aspect, the channel element comprises a base, a pair of flanges extending from the base defining a channel therebetween, a neck portion connecting at least one of the pair of flanges to the base, and a first catch portion. The post comprises at least one elongate slot sized and shaped to receive at least a portion of the channel element, and a second catch portion co-operable with the first catch portion to form a catch mechanism to effect securement of the channel element to the post. In use, the channel of the channel element is configured to support an edge of the panel, the portion of the channel element is received and supported by the elongate slot of the post, and is secured to the post by the catch mechanism.
Gate Post Adjustment Insert
A fence post insert for adjusting a gate. The fence post insert allows for increasing or decreasing tension on a tensioning device within the gate post to adjust the tension on the gate post. This tension allows the gate post to move away from or toward the gate causing the gate to pull away from or move toward the opposing post or opposing gate section. The gate post insert allows for the adjustment of a gate by correcting a gate that is either too close or too far from the opposing side of the gate, typically either another post or a second gate, such as in double gate.
FENCE PANEL ASSEMBLY AND COMPONENTS THEREFOR
An elongate slat for a fence panel module is described, the elongate slat including opposed long sides extending between opposed first and second ends, and one or more recesses or projections for coupling disposed along at lease one of the opposed long sides for coupling with other elongate slats. A fence panel assemble is also described which includes a plurality of elongate slats; a pair of posts, each post having at least one slat-receiving opening on one face; and a quick-release fastener disposed substantially within the post; wherein the plurality of elongate slats extend between the slat receiving openings on the posts.
Fence post enhancement apparatus and method
A modified fence post and a method for modifying the fence post include modifying the fence post to accommodate an object, including placing a guide around a fence post to locate the center of first surface of a fence post. Based on locating the center, the method include drilling a hole in a portion of the designated center of the fence post using a hole saw. The method includes inserting a spacer with an opening in the center of the spacer into the resultant hole and inserting an object into the spacer.
RADIALLY EXPANDING POST EXTENDER
A post coupler expands laterally. The post coupler includes a first member that is hollow and has a first slanted face. A second member is also hollow and has a second slanted face that is abutted with the first slanted face. A rod extends through the first and second members; the rod has a head that is disposed at a head end and threads disposed at a thread end. A nut is engaged with the threads, and rotating the nut causes the first member to extend in a first lateral direction and causes the second cylindrical member to extend in a second lateral direction opposite the first radial direction.
ELBOW FOR FENCE POST
An elbow for fence post includes an elbow body and a connector. The elbow body and the fence post are connected through the connector. An insertion hole is opened in the middle of the connector, and the lower end of the elbow body is configured to be inserted into the insertion hole under an interference fit. The outer ring of the connector has an annular groove which is configured to be embeds into the upper end of the post and connects with the external diameter under an interference fit.
FENCING SYSTEM
The present disclosure can provide a metal fencing system comprising a plurality of metal fence posts and a plurality of retaining clips, each metal fence post comprising a plurality of discrete apertures arranged to receive a coupling portion of a retaining clip; wherein each retaining clip comprises a central fencing wire securing portion and two opposing coupling portions arranged in use to cooperate with the discrete apertures and to secure the retaining clip to the metal fence post.
Concrete mounting systems, apparatuses, and methods for fences and other concrete mounted structures
Concrete mounting apparatuses, concrete connector installation assemblies, and methods of installing a concrete mounting apparatus are disclosed. In some embodiments, the methods may include positioning a plurality of connectors at a predetermined distance below a top surface of concrete in a concrete form during curing of the concrete, and forming one or more channels from the top surface to the plurality of connectors during curing of the concrete. The methods may additionally include attaching a concrete mounting apparatus to one or more of the plurality of connectors through the one or more formed channels of the cured concrete. The concrete mounting apparatus may be configured to support one or more rails of a fence.
Aluminum fence system
The fence system attaches to an aluminum or steel rectangular base post in concrete or the ground. The inside wall of a fence column slides over the base post. The fence column also has an outside wall around the inside wall. Each of three side of the fence column has an elongated slot, which receives one end of a slat. A bracket may secure the slat to the fence column. The fence system also has a gate of the same style as the rest of the fence. A lockset housing replaces one fence column. It receives slats on one side, and the lockset's latch projects from the other side. A hollow post has a slot facing the latch when the gate is closed. A latch cover is held by the slot, and an extension of the latch cover extends along the lockset housing to block surreptitious opening the gate.
