SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ROBOTIC INFECTION TREATMENT OF A PROSTHESIS
A method for debriding an infected implant area using a robotic-assisted surgery system. The method includes determining, by a processing circuit associated with a computer, an area to be debrided, the debridement area including at least a surface of an implant or patient tissue, and generating, by the processing circuit, a plan for debriding the debridement area. The method further includes controlling a debridement tool, by the robotic-assisted surgery system, while the debridement tool is used to carry out the debridement plan, and monitoring the debridement by the processing circuit.
Combined Solution Pump And Storage System For Use With A Reduced-Pressure Treatment System
A therapy device for instillation of fluid to a tissue site is described. The therapy device includes a base having a cartridge receptacle and a support coupled to the base to secure the base to a pole. The therapy device also includes a cartridge configured to engage the base when positioned in the cartridge receptacle. The therapy device also includes a pump head disposed within the cartridge receptacle and configured to engage the cartridge for movement of fluid. The cartridge includes a body forming at least a portion of a fluid reservoir and a tube segment coupled to the body and in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. The tube segment is configured to engage the pump head.
Ears disimpactor
An ear disimpactor for disimpacting material impacted in an ear canal and against a tympanic membrane, is disclosed. The impacted material comprises cerumen, insects, and other debris. The ear disimpactor comprises a housing, a warm water irrigation unit, and a suction unit. The housing comprises an ear speculum attached to an outer surface of the housing, a motorized auger comprising a drill bit extending from the motorized auger to a tip of the ear speculum, a warm water line extending from the tip of the ear speculum and across a length of the housing, and a suspension suction tube extending from the tip of the speculum and across the length of the housing. The warm water irrigation unit provides warm water to the ear canal through the warm water line and the suction unit sucks out suspension from the ear canal.
ENEMA DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An enema device and a method for using the same are disclosed. The enema device includes a non-plastic container and a liquid delivery tube. The non-plastic container is made of glass, stainless steel, or ceramic. The non-plastic container includes a bottom wall and an annular sidewall extending upwardly from the peripheral of the bottom wall, wherein the bottom wall has a bottom planar surface. The liquid delivery tube is in fluid communication with a containing chamber of the non-plastic container. Therefore, harmful effects to the human body from plasticizer can be prevented.

Thermal treatment of surgical fluids
A surgical fluid thermal treatment system can be used during a procedure to heat or cool surgical fluid, e.g., prior to introducing the fluid into the body of a patient. In some examples, the system includes an open basin into which fresh surgical fluid is dispensed and a heater that heats the fluid in the basin. The system may also include a volume measurement device that measures the volume of fluid in the basin. The system may have a user interface that a user interacts with to check fresh fluid into the basin. The user may also interact with the user interface to check medical tools into the basin and check medical tools out of the basin. A controller associated with the system can track the volume of fluid removed from the basin during the course of a procedure.
SURGICAL FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A fluid management system includes a disposable cassette carrying inflow and outflow tubing sections that are configured for releasably mating with a console including a control unit and a pair of roller pump heads. The console may automatically identify the disposable cassette and weigh the fluid in an inflow source. During operation, the system can monitor pressure in the working space, and provide for inflow and outflow control to maintain any desired operating parameters.
EAR CLEANING DEVICE
A system for cleaning an ear of a user is provided. The system includes a fluid reservoir, a temperature sensor, a portable applicator, a fluid pump, and a controller. The fluid reservoir contains a fluid. The temperature sensor generates a temperature control signal corresponding to a fluid temperature of the fluid. The temperature sensor may include a thermistor. The portable applicator includes an output nozzle connected to the fluid reservoir via a fluid supply line. The portable applicator may include an output flow control trigger controlling an output flow of the fluid from the output nozzle. The fluid pump controls a flow of the fluid from the fluid reservoir to the portable applicator via the fluid supply line. The controller is operatively coupled to the fluid pump. The controller adjusts the flow of the fluid based on the temperature control signal.
SURGICAL FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A surgical fluid management system delivers fluid for distending a uterine cavity to allow cutting and extraction of uterine fibroid tissue, polyps and other abnormal uterine tissue. The system comprises a fluid source, fluid deliver lines, one or more pumps, and a filter for re-circulating the distension fluid between the source and the uterine cavity. A controller can monitor fluid retention by the patient.
MEDICAL DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS
A medical system includes an irrigation system including an irrigation bag containing irrigation fluid and an irrigation line, and a medical device with at least two internal lumens connecting at least two ports on a handle to a distal end of the medical device. The medical system also includes a suction system including a suction source, a waste container, and a suction line, and a controller that controls at least one of the irrigation system and the suction system. The irrigation line is coupled to a first port, and the suction line is coupled to a second port.
