An irrigation fluid dispensing tool well suited for use in a combination suction and irrigation tool has a frame carrying a surge flow pump formed of a flow controller of a manipulable handgrip of the tool handle, compressible irrigation fluid reservoir, and frame where the flow controller preferably is formed of a handle lever of the handgrip that is displaceable, preferably pivotable, between one or more of a surge flow actuation position, flow obstructing actuation position, and flow initiating position. The lever actuates a valve, preferably a pinch valve, when displaced toward the flow obstructing actuation position. In some embodiments, a catheter device may include a catheter including a proximal end and a distal end. The catheter device may further include a connector coupled to the proximal end of the catheter. A first end of the first tube body is inserted into the bottle body. A second end of the first tube body is connected with a water inlet joint of the water pump. A first end of the second tube body is connected with a water outlet joint the water pump. A second end of the second tube body is connected with the spray head. The shielding cover is arranged on the spray head. The shielding cover is configured to shield water sprayed from the spray head.

Systems and methods for nasal irrigation are provided in which a nasal irrigation device includes a source of saline solution, an effluent receptacle, a nasal interface, a vacuum source, a fluid passageway to communicate the source of saline solution with the effluent receptacle through the nasal interface and a nasal cavity of a user, and a switch and valve assembly for selectively controlling the vacuum source and flow of the saline solution through the fluid passageway. The source of saline solution is disposed relative to the device to provide gravitational inducement of the saline solution to the nasal interface in engagement to the device user's nostrils. A combination of the gravitational inducement and a relative vacuum from the effluent receptacle generates a fluid flow for irrigating, cleansing and massaging the nasal cavity and ostia of the user. The entire device is assembled as a hand-held device for convenient lifting and disposal against the user's nostrils.

Provided is an enema nozzle for an enema device. Said enema nozzle includes an insertion body with a flexible insertion tip. The flexible insertion tip is located at the insertion end of the insertion body, and said tip will flex when it abuts intestinal tissue. This will provide a smoother insertion, which effectively will alleviate the physical discomfort and pain that a patient may expire during insertion of an enema nozzle.

An irrigation system for a surgical instrument includes an irrigation tube arranged to convey an irrigation fluid and an irrigation clip structurally arranged to receive a portion of the irrigation tube. The irrigation clip includes a proximal portion, a distal portion, a body portion, and an arm portion. The arm portion is structurally configured to selectively attach the irrigation clip to the surgical instrument and to bias the irrigation clip toward the surgical instrument with a biasing force. The irrigation clip includes a tube locking portion structurally arranged to cooperate with the surgical instrument to engage the outer surface portion of the irrigation tube to inhibit rotation and axial displacement of the irrigation tube relative to the irrigation clip in response to the biasing force.
