A second conveyor system is positioned between the vehicle and the second scraper and includes a continuous track element for conveying the contaminants removed from the surface in a third direction that is not aligned with the first direction. An ice and compact breaker is positioned between the first conveyor system and the second conveyor system. The ice and compact breaker includes a plurality of teeth for breaking the contaminants on the surface.
SNOW PLOW-BLOWER
A snow plow-blower operates as a snow plow, snow blower/thrower or as a snow plow-blower combination. The snow plow-blower includes a plow head blade and at least one blower door. The cavity contains a snow moving means, single, dual, or multi staged, for moving snow, ice and other materials out through at least one discharge chute and/or at least one opening. The blower door is adapted to move to an open configuration to expose said cavity, and from the open configuration to a closed configuration to thereby prevent snow, ice and other material ingress into the snow blower unit. Preferably, at least one retractable and extendable wing is located on the plow head blade to advantageously provide varying closed and open extended position configurations or positions for the removal of snow, ice or other material and debris.
DRIVING SYSTEM FOR DRIVING AT LEAST ONE AUGER OF A SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE, A SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A DRIVING SYSTEM, A KIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SUCH A DRIVING SYSTEM, A METHOD FOR INSTALLING SUCH A DRIVING SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF COMPONENTS OR PARTS OF THE DRIVING SYSTEM
A driving system for driving at least one auger of a snow removing device comprising at least one at least one self-adjusting chain tensioner. A first portion of the driving system is positioned within an auger housing and a second portion of the driving system is positioned outside the auger housing. The roller chain is adapted to move across a third opening provided in the auger housing. The first portion is covered by a front guard to prevent snow or debris contained in the auger housing to contact said first portion. The front guard is provided with an opening adapted to surround a portion of a shaft element of the auger with a play between periphery of the opening and the periphery of a corresponding portion the shaft element. The play is either small enough to prevent water and or debris to enter the first casing, or filled with a filling element and/or covered with a sealing element secured to the front guard or the corresponding portion of the shaft element of the at least one auger, to have the play small enough to prevent water and/or debris to enter the first casing. The second portion prevent snow or debris present around the snow removing device to contact the said second portion. A snow blower provided with the driving system, a kit comprising parts and/or components of the driving system, a method for assembling the driving system, and a method for manufacturing some components or parts of the driving system.
WORK MACHINE FOR HANDLING WORK OBJECT
A work machine includes a motive portion, a work portion driven by the motive portion, a discharge path for discharging a work object obtained as a result of the work portion rotating, and a control portion for controlling the motive portion. The control portion includes a detection portion for detecting that the discharge path is clogged with the work object, and a work control portion for, upon the detection portion detecting that the discharge path is clogged with the work object, controlling the work portion and performing an elimination operation for eliminating the clogging with the work object in the discharge path.
Driving system for at least one auger, kit and method for the installation of same, and snow removal device provided with same
A driving system for driving at least one auger of a snow removing device comprising at least one at least one self-adjusting chain tensioner.
IMPELLER DESIGN FOR SNOW BLOWER
An example snow blower machine includes a first stage snow mover and a second stage snow mover. Snow is received at an inlet opening of the first stage and expels snow to the discharge opening. In a second stage, an impeller chamber receives snow from the first stage. The impeller chamber extends from a snow receiving end proximate the discharge opening to a distal end rearward of the discharge opening. To receive expelled snow from the first stage and deliver the snow to a second discharge opening, an impeller rotatable around an impeller axis at a hub is disposed in the impeller chamber. The impeller may be rotated by an impeller motor having a motor body that is at least partially disposed within the hub.
ROADWAY CLEARING DEVICE
A roadway clearing device includes a plurality of rotatable members for dislodging material (snow or ice) from a roadway and a conveyer disposed rearward of the rotatable members to collect and laterally discharge material from the roadway. The device may include a plurality of shovel members disposed rearward of the conveyor to divert material from the roadway to the conveyor for lateral discharge. The rotatable members and/or shovel members may be disposed for separate movement from corresponding downward positions to upward positions relative to an interconnected support frame. Spring-loaded, extensible members may be provided to bias the rotatable members and/or shovel members to their corresponding downward positions. The rotatable members and/or shovel members are supportably and pivotably interconnected to a common support frame so as to separately pivot upward relative to the support frame from their respective downward positions, facilitating dislodgement, diversion, collection and discharge of material from a roadway.
Snow removing system
This invention relates to the art of removing snow from driveways, walkways, roads, and the like. The snow removing system removes snow from the driveway and disposes it. The system can be operated by a person or by a computer program or by remote controller. The system comprises of components that are relatively small that can be easily assembled and stowed away after use. The system is easy use and does not require manual labor other than an easy setup and dismantle operations.
