In this respect, the electric motor is configured to selectively move the latch from the locking position into the release position via a drive transmission section of the locking mechanism and the lock body has a watertight cover that surrounds the electric motor.

Merchandise anti-theft device with an electromechanical release mechanism

An anti-theft device for securing an article of merchandise against unauthorized removal from a display counter. The anti-theft device includes a plurality of arms configured to immobilize the article of merchandise relative to a tray. At least one arm is operated by an electromechanical release mechanism between closed and opened positions. When the electromechanically actuated arm is in the closed position, the article of merchandise is immobilized relative to the tray. When the electromechanically actuated arm is transitioned into the open position, the article of merchandise can be removed from the tray. The anti-theft device may include a locking mechanism configured to transition between a locked configuration, in which the arms are immobilized relative to the tray, and an unlocked configuration, in which the arms can be extended or retracted relative to the tray.

DELIVERY RACK AND DELIVERY VEHICLE

A rack includes: a casing; M pairs of supports that are provided inside the casing so as to extend in a depth direction and arrayed at regular intervals in a predetermined direction; and a lock mechanism that locks returnable containers housed while being supported so as to be slidable along the respective M pairs of supports. The lock mechanism has M rotary lock main bodies that are respectively provided at the M pairs of supports and each unlock at a predetermined rotation angle, and a coupling member that couples the M rotary lock main bodies to one another and allows them to rotate in conjunction with one another. The predetermined rotation angle for unlocking is different for each of the M rotary lock main bodies, and the M rotary lock main bodies are driven to rotate by a single driving source.

LATCH APPARATUS

A latch (10,120,200) includes a rotatable jaw (18, 124, 204) that engages and holds a striker (32,128,210) in a latched position. A rotatable pawl (28, 132, 214) in an engaged position is operative to hold the jaw in the latched position. Movement of the pawl to a disengaged position enables the jaw to move to an unlatched position and to disengage the striker. The pawl is movable from the engaged position to the disengaged position through operation of either an electrical actuator (84, 152, 236) or through movement of an actuating end (26, 142, 224) of the pawl by a cable or similar mechanical connector (36, 246).

ELECTRIFIED LATCH

An electromechanical component for a locking mechanism is provided. The locking mechanism includes a latching component having a latch member reciprocally movable between a locked orientation and an unlocked orientation. The electromechanical component comprises a drive member configured to be coupled to the latch member, an actuator operably coupled to the drive member, a temperature sensor for sensing an ambient temperature associated with the locking mechanism; and a printed circuit board (PCB) in communication with the temperature sensor and the actuator. When the PCB receives a control signal to move the latch member between the locked orientation and the unlocked orientation, and the temperature sensor senses that the ambient temperature is below a predetermined threshold temperature, the PCB is configured to direct a pulsed current signal to the actuator to move the latch member between the locked orientation and the unlocked orientation.

Electrical Cam Lock with Manual Override
20220243500 · 2022-08-04 · ·

The disclosure provides a lock with a radially extending cam that can be pivoted electrically or manually by a key. The lock resides in a housing for ease of manufacture and reduction of space, for use, as an example, as a replacement or retrofit for an existing manual cam lock. The cam extends transversely to a first axis and is manually rotatable by a key about the first axis. The cam is also rotatable about a second axis parallel to the first axis by an electrical signal to a motor or a linear actuator connected to a cam mechanism body.

A system for securing a device having a case and a security feature integrated into the device. The system has a device security apparatus removably mountable on the device by the security feature on the case of the device. The device security apparatus may include a base element configured to mount on the device by releasably engaging the security feature of the device, and may further include a securing element removably mounted on the base element. The securing element may include at least one of a plurality of modules configured to interchangeably mount on the base element. The plurality of modules may include a mechanical connection module configured to physically connect the device security apparatus to an object, and a monitoring module configured to monitor movement of the device security apparatus and any device connected to the device security apparatus.

LOCKING ASSEMBLY FOR SLIDING DOORS

A method including placing a first adhesive on a first surface of a strike plate, wherein the strike plate includes a pocket extending into a second surface of the strike plate opposite the first surface of the strike plate. The method further includes placing a second adhesive on a first surface of a lock module, wherein the lock module includes a bolt operable to extend beyond a second surface of the lock module. The method also includes aligning the pocket with the bolt such that the bolt is operable to extend into the pocket, and with the pocket and the bolt aligned with one another, releasably joining the strike plate and the lock module with a releasable coupler, thereby forming an aligned locking assembly.

Transmission structure for electronic lock

A transmission structure includes: a turn button; a driven wheel including a wheel body and connecting parts having free ends or pushing blocks; and an actuating member including abutting parts corresponding to the free ends or the pushing blocks. When the driven wheel rotates, each of the free ends or each of the pushing blocks abuts against a corresponding one of the abutting parts. Also, the actuating member moves with a rotating shaft, and a latch connected to the rotating shaft displaces between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the driven wheel rotates, the latch does not displace and the actuating member cannot rotate. Also, each of the free ends or pushing blocks is still abutted by the corresponding one of the abutting parts and is curved elastically or deformed until the free end or the pushing block spans across the corresponding one of the abutting parts.
