Hydraulic drive system for work machine
A hydraulic drive system includes a swing directional control valve 81 and a third boom directional control valve 82 that are connected to a third hydraulic pump 33. Furthermore, the hydraulic drive system includes: a second auxiliary directional control valve 84 that is connected to the third hydraulic pump 33, and is connectable with a second special hydraulic actuator 64 for driving special attachments; and a first selector valve 96 that is connected to the third hydraulic pump 33 upstream of the second auxiliary directional control valve 84, and is connectable with an additional hydraulic pump 97. The first selector valve 96 switches the hydraulic fluid source of the second special hydraulic actuator 64 connected to the second auxiliary directional control valve 84 at least between the third hydraulic pump 33 and the additional hydraulic pump 97. Operability for combined operation of a special attachment can be improved in the hydraulic drive system equipped in advance with an auxiliary directional control valve that is connectable with an additional hydraulic actuator for driving the special attachment.
MODULAR DANGLE SUPPORT FOR USE WITH AN ARTICULATING BOOM
A modular dangle support for an articulating boom includes at least two modules a spar module and a dangle head module. The spar module has a first end and a second end. The first end has a coupling. The second end has an articulated boom mounting, whereby the spar module is attached to an articulated boom. The dangle head module is detachably secured by the coupling to the first end of the spar module. It is anticipated that there will be more than one dangle head module, with only one dangle head module being used at any one time. Dangle head modules are changed to accommodate different dangle head configurations and different load capacities.
TOOL FOR AN EXCAVATOR
A tool 1 for an excavator comprises a primary engagement means 2, a secondary engagement means 3 rotatable about an axis of rotation A and a connection means 5 for connecting the tool to an excavator (100, FIG. 1), wherein the axis of rotation of the secondary engagement means 3 passes through the connection means 5.
Clamshell bucket assembly
A dredging bucket having a head subassembly including an inner rotatable head and an outer head angularly supported by the inner head between level and tilted orientations. First and second opposing bucket halves supported by the outer head and pivotally actuating between closed and opened positions. A pair of T-links incorporated into spaced apart and coaxial pivot locations defined between the bucket halves, each of the T-links having a central stopping bar which, upon the bucket halves rotating to a maximum degree associated with the opened position, contacting end locations defined in upper edge profiles of the bucket halves in order to prevent further opening rotation.
INTELLIGENT ASSIST SYSTEM FOR A WORK MACHINE
A work machine controller that is coupled to the boom assembly may comprise of a controller with a memory that stores computer-executable instructions and a processor that executes instructions. The instructions include monitoring a first position signal from the first boom position sensor, a second position signal from the second boom position sensor, the load signal, and the orientation signal. The instructions then include calculating a load vector based on the load signal and the orientation signal, generating a disorientation signal based on the load vector and a direction of travel, determining if the disorientation signal is outside a predetermined threshold, and actuating one or more of the actuators and the ground-engaging mechanism to reorient the load when the disorientation signal exceeds the predetermined threshold.
Specialty concrete remover
A concrete removing apparatus comprises a claw, a cleaving blade, and a bracket. The claw generally has a lower portion, a back portion, and an upper portion. The lower portion generally has a bottom surface, a sloped top surface, and extends forward from the back portion. The upper portion generally extends forward from the back portion partially overhanging the bottom portion and forming a locking notch defined by a front edge of the back portion, a bottom surface of the upper portion, and the top surface of the bottom portion. The cleaving blade is generally attached to a rear surface of the back portion of the claw. The bracket is generally mounted on a top surface of the upper portion of the claw and configured to pivotally connect the bracket to an arm and a hydraulic cylinder of a construction machine.
WORK MACHINE
A work machine is provided that is capable of causing an action object of the work machine to act in a manner intended by an operator. A work machine includes a traveling body 11 (base body), a grasping mechanism 14 (working unit) which is displaceable with respect to the traveling body 11 and performs a processing action on a vehicle OB (work target object), an operation accepting unit 23a, a controller 23 which controls displacement and the processing action of the grasping mechanism 14 in accordance with an operation accepted by the operation accepting unit 23a and an operation amount of the operation, and a distance acquisition unit 23f which acquires a distance between the grasping mechanism 14 and one region defined based on a position of the vehicle OB. The controller 23 adjusts a displacement amount or an action amount of the processing action of the grasping mechanism 14 with respect to the operation amount in accordance with the distance.
MATERIAL HANDLER SKIP PAN
A skip pan for handling materials comprising a base of the skip pan for containing the materials. A portion of a contour thereof has walls and a remainder of the contour is a wall-less edge. A bridge holds the base and comprises, at the top, a connecting portion for connecting to an arm of a material handler. The connecting portion is rotatable along a vertical axis thereof to provide a spinning movement to the skip pan. The connecting portion is tiltable by the arm of the material handler. An actuator provides an adaptable inclination of the base of the skip pan with respect to the bridge to keep the base balanced when the connecting portion is tilted to avoid contents to slide by the wall-less edge during movement.
Excavator scraper attachment
A scraper attachment for excavators for removing synthetic coatings on cylindrical surface object and the like. The scraper attachment has fixed and movable jaws with opposing scraper blades to grasp, hold and scrape an applied bonded coating from the object by oppositional fixed and movable action of the scraper blades in repetitive engagement.
Removable tool assembly for construction machines
A removable tool assembly for a backhoe digging apparatus of a construction equipment machine having spaced apart parallel first and second fastening pins is disclosed. The removable tool assembly includes an attachment mechanism for releasably attaching the removable tool assembly onto the backhoe digging apparatus, the attachment mechanism including: a first attachment element having first receiving areas adapted to receive the first fastening pin, and a second attachment element having second receiving areas adapted to receive the second fastening pin, wherein the second attachment element is movable relative to the first attachment element between a first position, in which the first and second fastening pins can be removed from the first and second receiving areas.
