Direct drive air pump
A direct drive air pump has a motor and a pumping mechanism connected to an end of the motor, and further has an auxiliary pumping mechanism connected to the other end of the motor, and a tube connected with the pumping mechanism and the auxiliary pumping mechanism. In each one of the pumping mechanism and the auxiliary pumping mechanism, a cylindrical body has a top plate having an exhaust hole. A single O-ring is used to seal between the cylindrical body and a cylindrical cover for reducing the sealing portions. A valve block of a non-return valve can co-work with a spring for opening and closing the exhaust hole. The valve block is soft for closing the exhaust hole well and reducing the noise of collision between the valve block and the top plate.
FUEL PUMP AND DAMPER CUP THEREOF
A damper cup houses a pulsation damper of a fuel pump such that the damper cup defines a fuel volume together with a fuel pump housing of the fuel pump. The damper cup includes a sidewall which is annular in shape and which extends along a damper cup axis from a sidewall first end to a sidewall second end. The damper cup also includes an end wall which closes the sidewall second end, wherein the sidewall includes a support shoulder which is transverse to the damper cup axis and which is a segment of an annulus extending uninterrupted about the damper cup axis from a shoulder first end to a shoulder second end such that the shoulder first end and the shoulder second end are separated from each other by a gap which is uninterrupted.

The linear compressor is provided that may include a shell having first and second ends open, a first shell cover that covers a first end of the shell, a second shell that covers a second end of the shell, a compressor body accommodated in the shell to compress a refrigerant, a first support that supports a first end of the compressor body within the shell, and coupled to the first shell cover in a state of being spaced apart from the shell, and a second support that supports a second end of the compressor body and fixed to the shell.

A linear compressor is provided that may include a cylinder which defines a compression space for a refrigerant and into which a piston that reciprocates in an axial direction may be inserted, a frame in which the cylinder may be accommodated, a discharge valve that selectively discharges the refrigerant compressed in the compression space for the refrigerant, a spring assembly coupled to the discharge valve, a discharge cover on which the spring assembly may be seated and having a discharge space through which the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve may flow, and a first gasket seated inside of the discharge cover to support the spring assembly and attenuate vibration during an operation of the discharge valve.
Linear compressor with heat shield between discharge cover and frame
A linear compressor includes a linear motor including a mover that reciprocates with respect to a stator; a compression unit configured to define a compression space in a cylinder while a piston connected to the mover reciprocates in the cylinder; a frame disposed outside of the cylinder; a plurality of discharge covers that define discharge spaces sequentially receiving refrigerant discharged from the compression space; and a gas bearing configured to guide part of refrigerant accommodated in a discharge any one of the plurality of discharge covers to lubricate between the cylinder and the piston with the refrigerant. The discharge cover structure is configured to restrict heat transfer between the discharge covers and the frame.
Compressor Protection Against Liquid Slug
A liquid slug protector device for air conditioning and heat pump systems can include a housing having an inlet port, an outlet port, an abutment surface, and a cavity. The device can include a piston disposed in the cavity. The piston can have a primary channel. The device can include a secondary channel. A first refrigerant flow path extending between the inlet port and the outlet port can include the primary channel. A second refrigerant flow path extending between the inlet port and the outlet port can include the secondary channel. The second refrigerant flow path can be closed when the piston abuts against the abutment surface.

A valve includes: a first plate having a first vent hole; a second plate having a second vent hole; a valve chamber positioned between the first plate and the second plate; a valve body including a third vent hole; an exhaust path-forming plate forming a first flow path between the exhaust path-forming plate and the valve body, forming a second flow path between the exhaust path-forming plate and the second plate, and having a fourth vent hole through which the first flow path is in communication with the second flow path; and a fifth vent hole. The first flow path establishes communication between the second vent hole and the fourth vent hole, and the second flow path establishes communication between the fourth vent hole and the fifth vent hole.

A pump-valve integrated machine for a pneumatic lumbar support of an automobile seat includes: an air pump; a pump valve connection base that is provided with a one-way air outlet structure, which is opposite to and in communication with an air outlet hole of the air pump; an electromagnetic air valve lower base that is fixed onto the air pump and is provided with a mounting groove and a ventilation hole are; a normally open electromagnetic air valve that is disposed on the electromagnetic air valve lower base and has an air inlet end corresponds to the ventilation hole; an electromagnetic air valve upper cover that is provided above the normally open electromagnetic air valve and has an air outlet connector corresponds to a valve core of the normally open electromagnetic air valve; and a control circuit board.
Linear compressor
A linear compressor includes a cylinder, a discharge valve, a valve spring pressing the discharge valve to close one side of the cylinder, and a spring support portion providing a support point for the valve spring to press the discharge valve. The valve spring includes a first spring arm whose center is connected to the discharge valve and extending spirally, a second spring arm spaced apart from the first spring arm by a predetermined distance with respect to an axial direction of the cylinder and extending spirally toward an outer portion according to a shape of the first spring arm, and a rubber damper connecting the first spring arm and the second spring arm and fixing relative positions of the first spring arm and the second spring arm.
