WING FLEX ASSEMBLIES FOR AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS
A wing flex assembly for a frame system of an agricultural implement that includes inner and outer tubes. The outer tube, to which tools of the implement are attached, is slidingly displaceable along the inner tube as the inner tube is downwardly pivotally displaced with a downward flex of a wing frame. A first tool of a center frame can be separated from an adjacent second tool of the wing frame that is attached to the outer tube by a first distance when the outer tube is at a retracted position, and a second distance when the outer tube is slidingly displaced in response to the downward pivotal displacement of the inner tube, the first distance being about equal to the second distance. The wing flex assembly can also prevent contact between the first and second tools when the inner tube is pivotally displaced in an upward direction.
RHEOMETER WITH A ROTARY RHEOMETER AND A LINEAR DM (T)A ANALYSIS UNIT
A rheometer has rotary rheometer and a linear DM(T)A analysis unit. A measuring shaft of the rotary rheometer carries a measuring part that faces a measuring part carried on an adjusting rod of the linear analysis unit. The sample under test is placed in a measuring gap between the measuring parts. The DM(T)A analysis unit has a linear motor, in particular magnetically operated, with a stator and a slider, and a magnetically-operated gravitational compensation unit, by way of which it is possible to compensate for the weight force of the adjusting rod, the measuring part on the adjusting rod, the slider, and any optional the components fastened to the slider.
Sliding cage of universal joint for vehicle
The present invention relates to a sliding cage of universal joint for vehicle, and more particularly, to a sliding cage of universal joint for vehicle for making a shaft joint and a pipe joint smoothly slide as well as operating an elastically contacted needle bearing, installed to the sliding cage, when a universal joint is slipped or delivers rotating torque. The present invention provides a sliding cage of universal joint for vehicle, comprising: a sleeve; a plurality of mountings positioned to keep distance along the longitudinal direction of the outer side of the sleeve; and a needle bearing and a ball bearing which are installed to the mountings, wherein the sliding cage is provided to the universal joint constructing a steering apparatus for vehicle, thereby being assembled to deliver torque while being slipped toward axial direction.
Statically Optimized Hybrid Roller Bearing
A bearing (1) for mounting on a cylindrical guide section (61), extending in a longitudinal direction, of a rail (6), is guided displaceably in a longitudinal direction rollers and sliding elements. The bearing (1) includes a housing which has a passageway that runs through the housing and in which a receiving channel for receiving the guide section (61) of the rail (6) is formed. The bearing (1) includes two rollers (8) which are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction, are in each case mounted rotatably in the housing and, with their running surfaces, in each case delimit the receiving channel in a transverse direction. Between the rollers (8), the housing has an installation channel, which runs through the housing along an installation axis (Y) perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction, for receiving an installation bolt in a manner rotatable about the installation axis (Y). A plurality of sliding elements (7) are arranged in the passageway and in each case, by means of one of their sides, delimit the receiving channel perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction.
PLANARITY ALIGNMENT OF STENCILS AND WORKPIECES
An alignment system for a workpiece printing machine comprises a stencil support and a workpiece support, and a planarity control mechanism having at least two actuators arranged to effect relative rotation of the stencil support and workpiece support about both the horizontal axes.
Bellows support structure and slide table device
A support structure for a bellows attached to a slide table, and which is capable of expanding and contracting in a movement direction of the slide table, includes support members that support the bellows, shafts disposed substantially in parallel with the movement direction of the slide table, and bushes that support the support member so as to be capable of moving in the movement direction of the slide table with respect to the shafts. Fluid bearings are formed by supplying a fluid between the bushes and the shafts.
AXIALLY COMPLIANT BEARING FOR PRECISION POSITIONING
An axially compliant rolling bearing for precision motion stages having a stage, at least one bearing member slidably disposed along a rail, and a compliant joint interconnecting the at least one roller bearing to the stage. The compliant joint is sufficiently compliant to permit movement of the stage in the axial direction while remaining stiff in other directions orthogonal to the axial direction.
BALL CHANNEL ASSEMBLY
A ball channel and ball channel assembly are disclosed with the ball channel having a channel top, a channel bottom, and an inner portion including a first inner sidewall, a second inner sidewall, a first end wall, and a second end wall. A first resilient tab extends from the first inner sidewall with a first tab end surface, and a second resilient tab extends from the second inner sidewall with a second tab end surface. An elongated gutter extends longitudinally along the inner portion and adjacent the channel bottom, wherein the combination of the first and second tab end surfaces and a gutter top surface form a ball track for receiving a head of a ball stud and allowing secured sliding longitudinal movement of the head. An outer portion is also provided having a flange wall that is configured to engage a receiving wall of a mounting panel.
Magnet-type rodless cylinder
A magnet-type rodless cylinder (1) is provided with a guide mechanism having an outer rolling groove (26), an inner rolling groove (29), a cylinder body (32), a pair of connection paths (34) for connecting an area between the outer rolling groove and the inner rolling groove with the cylinder body, and a plurality of steel balls (36) that can roll within an endless circuit (35) formed of the cylinder body, the connection paths and the area between the outer rolling groove and the inner rolling groove, wherein the connection paths (34) are formed at a pair of inner members, i.e. return caps (33), disposed on the inner sides of metal end plates (12) that are attached to the front and rear ends in the sliding direction of a sliding body (4).
BOGIE MECHANISM FOR A TILTROTOR PROPROTOR DOOR
A door roller mechanism for cooperation with a roller track including a carriage member having a door attachment feature; at least one roller disposed for rotation on a first side of the carriage member when the carriage member moves in the rolling direction; at least one roller disposed for rotation on an opposite second side of the carriage member when the carriage member moves in the rolling direction; a first rub member disposed on the first side of the carriage; a second rub member disposed on the second side of the carriage; and at least one biasing element disposed on the carriage member for resiliently biasing the first rub member and the second rub member in opposite lateral directions so as to contact a respective first track surface and a second track surface in a manner to dampen lateral vibration of a door connected to the roller mechanism.
