PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT THAT EMPLOYS AN ELECTRIC FIELD FOR INACTIVATING MICROORGANISMS
A macro electrically active mask includes two conductive layers separated by at least one filtering and insulating layer. The conductive layers are connected to each other by a power source. The power source includes an oscillator and a high voltage transformer. The power source generates a periodic voltage with a fundamental frequency and multiple harmonic frequencies. The power source is connected between the two conductive layers and the periodic voltage generates a periodic electric field between the two conductive layers. The fundamental frequency, the duty cycle, and the amplitude of the periodic voltage are configured to inactivate the microorganism that pass through the electric field.
Extended use mask hat and method for controlling spread of infection
Disclosed here is an extended use mask hat. The principal components are a hat member, a mask member and an attachment means. Under conditions where there is no desire for protection, the mask member can be easily stored against the interior surface of the hat member. When there is a desire for protection, the mask member can be easily and quickly donned. The service period of the mask hat is extendable by washing. Several technological problems are overcome, including, individual and community protection from the airborne spread of infectious disease in a manner that is effective, not noxious to human sensibility and not overly bearing.
Breathing Equipment for an Aircraft, Breathing Assembly and Method for Stowing the Breathing Equipment
Breathing apparatus (100) for aircraft including:
a breathing mask (10) comprising an oronasal face cover (14) and a support (17), the oronasal face cover (14) having a cavity (13, 15) and the support (17) supporting a transparent lens (18) and comprising an upper edge portion (19a),
an inflatable harness (20) configured for extending around the user's head opposite the shell, the harness (20) comprising at least one rear portion,
a guiding link (110) having an upper end (110a) and a lower end (110b), the upper end (110a) being linked to the upper edge portion (19a), the lower end (110b) being linked to the rear portion of the harness (20), and
a plate (120) linked to the lower end (110b) of the guiding link (110) and having an abutment face configured for contacting the oronasal face cover (14), facing the cavity (13).
MASK COMBINED MUFFLER AND INTEGRAL DETACHABLE TRIPLE HAT HAVING THE SAME
An integral detachable triple hat according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a hat part, a muffler part detachably coupled to the hat part and covering a portion of a face of a wearer, and a mask part detachably coupled to the muffler part and filtering fine dust or viruses by covering a mouth and nose of the wearer, a mask filter for filtering is provided in the mask part, and the mask filter is replaceable.
ACOUSTICALLY TRANSPARENT FACE MASK
The present disclosure generally relates to face masks that provide for enhanced acoustics for speech and singing. The face masks are preferably made of acoustically transparent material to minimize the effect the face masks have on the sound produced by a person speaking and/or singing.
DISPOSABLE FACE MASK WITH INTEGRATED TIE-ON FACE MASK STRAPS
A disposable face mask includes an upper portion of the face mask and a lower portion of the face mask, the upper portion and lower portion of the face masks each adjoin monolithically formed therewith face mask straps defined by perforations in a web of material used to form the face mask and straps, wherein the perforations allow the straps to be partially separated and utilized for securing said face mask to a wearer's face. The disposable face mask may be made by perforating patterns into a web of materials to define the face mask straps and face mask body that are formed monolithically from the web of materials. The face masks may be wound on a roll for dispensing by tearing off from the roll and then separating the straps at the perforations. Alternatively, the face mask borders may be cut-through to allow dispensing of the face masks individually from bulk packaging, where the face mask is removed from the package and the straps are separated at the perforations to allow the face mask to be secured to the wearer's face by tying the straps behind the wearer's head.
Double-layer light-transmissive face mask
A face mask includes an outer layer, an inner layer, and a filter. The outer layer includes an outer front guard constructed from a light-transmissive material and an outer filtering surface extending posteriorly from the outer front guard that includes at least one outer air hole. The inner layer is nestled within the outer layer. The inner layer includes an inner front guard constructed from a light-transmissive material and separated from the outer front guard by a buffer space. The inner layer also includes an inner filtering surface extending posteriorly from the inner front guard that includes at least one inner air hole. A filter is positioned between the outer filtering surface and the inner filtering surface and covers the at least one outer air hole and the at least one inner air hole.
DISPOSABLE MASK
The present invention discloses a disposable mask comprising a filter body including a base and at least one connecting part fixed to the base, and at least one detachable decorative strap connected to the filter body. The present invention brings users both functionality and aesthetics.
FULL-COVER TYPE PORTABLE AIR PURIFIER
A full-cover type portable air purifier includes a breathing mask provided with a first air inlet, an air cleaning device having a fan mounted in a housing thereof to drive outside air from the first air inlet into the breathing mask, an air filter set in the breathing mask, and a wearing device designed to be worn on the user's head or ears so that the breathing mask can cover the user's mouth and nose. In this way, it can filter dust, bacteria and viruses and facilitate wearing during activities.
TRANSPARENT FACE MASKS AND RELATED METHODS
A face mask is disclosed that comprises a body including a material exhibiting a refractive index between 1.2 and 1.7, at least one strap for securing the face mask to a head of a wearer, and an element located and configured to enable adjustment of a pressure between the face mask and a wearer's face. A method of producing a face mask is also disclosed, as is a face mask including a sealant disposed on an inner surface of the face mask. A face mask comprising a polymeric material is also disclosed.
