A female connector for receiving a male connector includes a housing, a support ring, a clip, and a clip blocking member. The male connector includes a groove. The housing includes an outer surface and housing openings. The support ring includes support ring openings. The clip includes an operation portion between a pair of clip legs. The pair of clip legs can pass through the housing and support ring openings. The clip blocking member is located outside the housing and has a pair of blocking faces which face the pair of clip legs. When the groove aligns with the housing and support ring openings, the pair of clip legs enter the groove, and the operation portion moves to a travel end position. In the travel position, the distal ends of the pair of clip legs are between the pair of blocking faces and the outer surface.

Irrigation line couplings and irrigation manifolds including irrigation line couplings

Irrigation line couplings are disclosed. The irrigation line couplings may each include a lockable release mechanism that may be positioned in a locked position or a released position. The irrigation line couplings may be incorporated into an irrigation manifold or other type of irrigation component, such as fittings (tees, elbows, etc.), valves, filters, pressure regulators, emitters, and adapters.

Poka-yoke V-clamp for exhaust systems

An exhaust clamp may connect two exhaust components or conduits together in a leak tight manner while minimizing alignment issues during the assembly process. The clamp may include a split band having a clamping mechanism and a plurality of poka-yoke locking pins configured radially about the band. The poka-yoke locking mechanism may be configured to slidably engage a bead or ridge formed on the exhaust components to align the exhaust components during the assembly process an allow the operator to tighten the clamp about the exhaust components.

DEVICE FOR CODING A FIRST CONNECTION PARTNER AND A SECOND CONNECTION PARTNER OF A BAYONET LOCK, AND DEVICE SET
20230134783 · 2023-05-04 ·

An apparatus for coding a first connection partner and a second connection partner of a bayonet lock. The first connection partner has at least two locking arms for locking the connection and is arranged on a fluid line adapter. The second connection partner has a flange ring for guiding through the first locking partner with a number of recesses which corresponds to the number of locking arms for guiding through the locking arms and is arranged on an adapter receiving member. A first locking arm has a different geometry from the other locking arms. A first recess which is associated with the first locking arm has a compatible geometry for positioning the first connection partner and the second connection partner in a predefined position, and the additional recesses have a different geometry which is not compatible with the first locking arm. The apparatus further has a mechanical coding device.

FLUID LINE COUPLING

The invention relates to a reversibly detachable fluid line coupling (1), at least having a coupling sleeve (2), a locking element (3) and a coupling plug (4) with a locking collar (41). The invention was based on the object of creating a fluid line coupling of the type described at the outset, the locking state of which can easily be checked automatically, with a visual check being preferred. This object is achieved in that the coupling has actuating/signaling surfaces (312) which are only visible when the coupling is in the unlocked state.

QUICK CONNECTOR STRUCTURE
20230204141 · 2023-06-29 ·

A quickconnect structure having a fitting connector, a connector, and U-shaped positioning snap pin. The fitting connector has a connector part, a fitting connector body part coupled to the connector part, and a fitting part coupled to the fitting connector. The connector part, the fitting connector body part, and the fitting part define a fitting hole extending therethrough, and the fitting part defines positioning groove, a longitudinal snap hole, and a side snap opening in communication with the longitudinal snap hole. The connector has a connection end, a connector body part coupled to the connection end, and a positioning bump. The connection end and the connector body part define a duct hole extending therethrough, the connection end defines a positioning snap groove, and the fitting connector is configured to accept the connection end in the fitting hole. When the connection end is fully inserted into the fitting connector, the positioning bump is located in the positioning groove, and the longitudinal snap hole is aligned with the positioning snap groove. The U-shaped positioning snap pin has a pin base, a pin body part coupled to the pin base, and a snap protrusion coupled to the pin body part. The U-shaped positioning snap pin is configured to be partially inserted and fully inserted into the longitudinal snap hole; when partially interested, the snap protrusion engages the side snap opening and the connector is able to be inserted into the fitting connector; and when fully inserted and when the connector is inserted into the fitting connector, the pin body part engages the positioning snap groove and the snap protrusion engages a longitudinal snap hole exit.

CONNECTION VERIFICATION TOOL
20170370691 · 2017-12-28 ·

A connection verification tool for verifying a secure connection between two fluid handling components of a fluid handling system. A connection verification tool can include a gauge portion sized sized to be placed over a first fluid handling component connected to a second fluid handling component to verify a secure connection between the two components. If the first fluid handling component is not securely connected to the second fluid handling component such that additional torque may be required to complete the connection between the two components, the gauge portion of the connection verification tool will not fit over the first component coupled to the second component.
