LED LUMINAIRE HAVING ENHANCED THERMAL MANAGEMENT
In one aspect, luminaires are described herein having sensor modules integrated therein. In one aspect, a luminaire described herein comprises a light emitting face including a LED assembly. A sensor module is integrated into the luminaire at a position at least partially overlapping the light emitting face. In another aspect, a luminaire described herein comprises a LED assembly and a driver assembly. A sensor module is integrated into the luminaire along or more convective air current pathways cooling the LED assembly or driver assembly.

HARSH AND HAZARDOUS LOCATION HIGH LUMEN LUMINAIRE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A high-lumen light-emitting diode (LED) luminaire assembly in a harsh and hazardous environment is provided. The luminaire assembly includes an integrated mounting module manufactured as a single piece and including a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The luminaire assembly also includes an LED assembly coupled to the mounting module at the second side of the mounting module, and a driver configured to provide electricity to the LED assembly. The luminaire assembly further includes a driver cover sized to cover the driver and coupled to the mounting module at the first side of the mounting module. The driver and the LED assembly are operable within a target peak temperature limit for the hazardous environment.
Lighting module with keyed heat sink coupled to thermally conductive trim
A lighting module includes a heat sink having a sidewall and a partition that define a first cavity and a second cavity; a driver enclosure disposed in the first cavity and electrically insulated from the heat sink; a light source disposed in the second cavity; an optical element positioned over the light source; a retaining ring/optic cover closing the second cavity; and a trim mechanically and electrically coupled to the heat sink. The lighting module is shaped and dimensioned to fit into a space having a width less than 2.4 inches, a height less than 2.25 inches, and a volume as small as 18 cubic inches. The heat sink includes at least one curved keyed feature reducing the volume of the heat sink and providing sufficient clearance for the heat sink to fit within an enclosed space.

Balloon lamp
A balloon lamp includes a main body and a balloon cover, and the main body includes a lamp housing and a lamp body. The lamp body is fixed to the bottom of the lamp housing; the lamp housing has a fan device; the balloon cover is detachably installed to the lamp housing for storing the lamp body; an inlet is formed at the middle of the top wall of the lamp housing and communicated with a containing cavity of the lamp housing, and aligned with the filter device; the lamp body includes a circular radiator and a power supply device installed in the radiator. The top wall of the lamp housing has a filter device aligned with the air inlet and can prevent dust or powder from entering into the lamp housing; and the circular radiator and the power supply device drive the fan device to blow air continuously.
Balloon lamp
A balloon lamp includes a main body and a balloon cover, and the main body includes a lamp housing and a lamp body. The lamp body is fixed to the bottom of the lamp housing; the lamp housing has a fan device; the balloon cover is detachably installed to the lamp housing for storing the lamp body; an inlet is formed at the middle of the top wall of the lamp housing and communicated with a containing cavity of the lamp housing, and aligned with the filter device; the lamp body includes a circular radiator and a power supply device installed in the radiator. The top wall of the lamp housing has a filter device aligned with the air inlet and can prevent dust or powder from entering into the lamp housing; and the circular radiator and the power supply device drive the fan device to blow air continuously.
DOWNLIGHT APPARATUS
A downlight apparatus includes a driver box, a light source, a light housing, multiple leaf springs, multiple shaft connectors and multiple pads. The light housing has a light holder and a rim. The light holder has a holder plate and a holder wall defining a holder cavity. The multiple leaf springs are placed between the driver box and the light holder. Each pad has a pad hole and a pad scraper surrounding the pad hole. The pad scraper has a protruding part engaging an electric insulation layer on a top side of the holder plate. The shaft connector sequentially passes through a spring hole of the leaf spring, the pad hole and the top plate of the light holder. The protruding part of the pad scraper scraps a portion of the electric insulation layer of the holder plate for connecting the holder plate to ground.
