Smoke removal device
A smoke removal device, which can burn the particulates in the smoke efficiently, includes a tube body and a combustion unit. The combustion unit is provided in the tube body and includes a main body, a gas pipeline, and a lighter. The main body is located at a first end of the tube body. A smoke passage is formed between a periphery of the main body and an inner wall of the tube body, and the smoke enters the smoke removal device through the smoke passage. The main body has a central passage therethrough, where a fuel gas is ignited. The fuel gas is guided to the central passage through the gas pipeline and then ignited by the lighter to burn the smoke particulates passing through the smoke passage.

HEATING PIPING DEVICE FOR INTRODUCING HEATED FLUID INTO A PIPING SYSTEM
A heating piping device for heating a fluid provided from the gas reservoir unit and introducing the heated fluid into a piping system includes at least one heating unit and a control module. The heating unit includes a mounting cylinder defining a heating space therein, a spiral channel in fluid communication with the gas reservoir unit, a heater member for heating the fluid in the spiral channel into the heated fluid, a flow control valve and a check valve. The control module controls the amount of the fluid flowing into the spiral channel, and the temperature of the heater member. The temperature of the heater member and the amount of the fluid can be adjusted to meet different manufacturing requirements. Unnecessary energy and flow consumption is avoided.
Air pollution control system
An air pollution control system includes a denitration device that removes nitrogen oxide in flue gas from a boiler; a heat transfer tube for recovering part of heat of the flue gas after denitration; a precipitator that removes soot and dust in the flue gas after heat recovery; a desulfurization device that removes sulfur oxide in the flue gas discharged from the precipitator; a heat transfer tube for heating the flue gas discharged from the desulfurization device; a circulation pump that circulates a heat medium between the heat transfer tubes; a heat medium heater provided to the circulation pipe to heat the heat medium; and a control device that controls the heat medium heater based on an ammonia concentration at an outlet of the denitration device. The control device causes the heat medium heater to heat the heat medium when the ammonia concentration is higher than a certain value.
Heat exchanger and method for controlling heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a heat recovery unit that causes a heat medium to recover heat from flue gas through first heat exchange by bringing the flue gas into contact with a fin tube; a reheater including a preheating unit configured to preheat flue gas through second heat exchange by bringing the flue gas into contact with a tube, and heating units that heat the flue gas through third heat exchange by bringing the flue gas into contact with the heat medium; and a control unit that calculates a recovered heat quantity to be recovered by the heat recovery unit from the flue gas through the first heat exchange, and that controls temperature of the heat medium after the first heat exchange within a predetermined range.

Recycling method and apparatus for soil contaminated with mercury and dioxin
The present disclosure provides a method for recycling soil contaminated with mercury and dioxin. The method includes: desorbing mercury and dioxin from the contaminated soil by an indirect rotary furnace; condensing the mercury and discharging it by a condensing and discharging unit; and a secondary indirect burner for decomposing dioxin at a high temperature, so as for the concentration of the contaminants in the exhaust being examined to meet regulation standards and the treated soil to meet the current regulations. The present disclosure also provides an apparatus for recycling contaminated soil containing mercury and dioxin.

Leakage inspection method of heat exchanger
When a liquid level is changed even though an inflow of a heat medium into a specific heat transfer tube bundle is stopped, it is determined that there is no abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle in which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped and then another heat transfer tube bundle is inspected. Next, when the inflow of the heat medium into the specific heat transfer tube bundle is stopped not to cause the change in the liquid level, it is determined that there is an abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle to which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped. Thus, it is possible to determine that there is an abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle in which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped.
