HVAC control with a remote user interface and a remote temperature sensor
An illustrative HVAC controller may include a communication module for wirelessly communicating with a network and wiring terminals for receiving a wired connection to a remote temperature sensor that is situated remote from the HVAC controller and in a living space of the building. A controller may be operably coupled to the communication module and the wiring terminals and may be configured to implement a thermostat control algorithm to generate one or more control signals, wherein the one or more control signals are provided by a wired connection to the HVAC system to control one or more HVAC components of the HVAC system. The thermostat control algorithm may be configured to compare a sensed temperature received from the remote temperature sensor via the wiring terminals and a temperature setpoint received from the server via the network.
Central air-conditioning system
A central air-conditioning system, comprises a plurality of air-conditioning assemblies (1) and a plurality of range hood assemblies (2); each air-conditioning assembly (1) comprises a compressor (11), a first heat exchanger (12) and a second heat exchanger (13) which are connected with each other through refrigerating medium pipes (14); all the range hood assemblies (2) are in communication with the public flue (6); a third heat exchanger (3) and the second heat exchanger (13) is connected through a secondary refrigerant channel (4); each end of each secondary refrigerant channel (4) respectively exchanges heat with the second heat exchanger (13) and the third heat exchanger (3). As all the range hood assemblies (2) are in communication with the public flue (6), the third heat exchanger (3) exchanges heat with the second heat exchangers (13) through the secondary refrigerant channel (4), when the system is operating, the heat energy generated by the air-conditioning assemblies (1) can be discharged through the public flue (6).
Monitoring System for Residential HVAC Systems
A system and method for controlling HVAC equipment in a residential setting. The system may include an outdoor temperature sensor positioned to measure outdoor temperatures, an indoor air temperature sensor to measure indoor space air temperatures, a supply duct air temperature sensor positioned to measure supply duct air temperatures, a return duct air temperature sensor positioned to measure return duct air temperatures, an air blower current sensor positioned to measure air blower currents, and/or an air compressor current sensor positioned to measure air compressor currents, and a controller operable to receive the measures of outdoor temperature, indoor space air temperature, supply duct air temperature, return duct air temperature, air blower current, air compressor current, and measures of solar irradiation intensity and wind speed. The controller may be programmed with instructions to input the measures into a thermal model for outputting signals for implementing changes in the system.
LAUNDRY TREATMENT APPARATUS
A laundry treatment apparatus dries laundry by sending air to the laundry while the laundry is hung on a hanger, and dehumidifies surrounding air of the laundry to reduce a drying time of the laundry. The laundry treatment apparatus of the present disclosure includes: a cabinet which has an air inlet; a dehumidifying unit which is provided inside the cabinet, and dehumidifies air suctioned into the cabinet through the air inlet; a first blower unit which is provided at a top portion of the cabinet, and discharges the air dehumidified in the cabinet by the dehumidifying unit; and a second blower unit which is provided over the cabinet with a distance therebetween, has a hanging part on which a hanger is hung, and suctions air to send the air to the laundry hung on the hanger.
Multiuse home station
A multiuse home station includes a vacuum cleaner docking station, a vacuum cleaner charging station, and a room air cleaner unit, wherein the room air unit uses a portion of the vacuum cleaner docking station.
Speaker fan system and method
A ventilation assembly having a main housing that can be pre-installed in a wall or ceiling aperture. A fan assembly can be inserted through the aperture and releasably mounted within the main housing. The fan assembly can be removed from the main housing and replaced without removing the main housing from the wall or ceiling. An accessory component can be releasably mounted to the fan assembly either through the aperture when the fan assembly is mounted or prior to installation of the fan assembly.
