Filtered Airflow for Exercise Machines
The blower motor is powered by 115 volts from the circuit board that runs all of the other functions of the machine. This blower assembly is designed with enough draw to pull the incoming air across air filters in order to keep the blower and the operator free of air-borne debris. The filtered air is then supplied into the hollow framing of the equipment to be distributed to the operator, circuit boards and motors through holes made in the equipment framing. Using the machine frame as the ductwork also preserves the style and design of the equipment. Not only is this a new idea to the exercise equipment industry, but I believe it is necessary for an exercise machine to deliver clean air to the operator in order to keep their good health in mind. A blower without an air filter will send bacteria onto the user who is breathing heavy and sweating. This seems to defeat the purpose of exercising and the benefits of getting your heart rate and breathing accelerated for a length of time. The air is not mechanically cooled but typically exercise rooms are air conditioned anyhow.

An autonomous robotic device capable of vacuum cleaning and purifying air includes an autonomous robotic vacuum cleaner for moving autonomously and vacuum cleaning, and an air purifier. The autonomous robotic vacuum cleaner has a power supply and a top surface provided with a plurality of positioning members. The air purifier has an air inlet, an air outlet, and a plurality of matching members at the bottom thereof. The air purifier is detachably disposed on the autonomous robotic vacuum cleaner in a way that the matching members are in contact with the positioning members to create a positioning relationship for positioning the air purifier on the autonomous robotic vacuum cleaner, and an electrical connection to enable the air purifier to receive electric power from the power supply of the autonomous robotic vacuum cleaner.

An air pollution prevention system is disclosed and includes at least one detection and processing device and at least one cleaning device. The detection and processing device includes a nano actuator, a nano photodetector, a carbon nanotube and a microprocessor, which are integrated as a single chip device through semiconductor manufacturing processes. The detection and processing device configured to detect a particulate matter and gas contained in an air pollution source and output a control command. The cleaning device includes a nano blower, a nano filter and a controller. The cleaning device receives the control command outputted from the detection and processing device through the controller to control the nano blower for guiding the air pollution source to flow through the nano filter for filtration.

An indoor air cleaning system with a networking mechanism is disclosed and applied in an indoor field for detecting and cleaning air pollution completely. A real-time air quality monitoring in the indoor field is achieved by arranging plural air detectors, at least one gas molecule control hardware device, at least one air conditioning device and a networked cloud computing service device in the indoor field and forming an intelligent linked system by the arranged air detectors in an outdoor filed and the indoor field. Meanwhile, the air pollution in the indoor field is also detected and intelligently compared with an ambient air quality status, and an air guiding volume of an air guiding fan is instantly controlled according to the air quality. Whereby an energy saving benefit of the effective controlling operation of the purification device is achieved.
VENTILATION DEVICE
A ventilation device comprises a shaft with a side wall, including a first end with an air intake, a side opening in the side wall, and a second end with an air outtake and a drain opening. The side opening and the drain opening are arranged such that liquid entering the shaft through the side opening flows out of the shaft through the drain opening. The side opening is arranged in the side wall such that air entering the shaft through the air intake flows along the side opening and leaves the shaft through the air outtake. Additional embodiments referring to an apparatus with a drain, a functional facility, and a method for operating a ventilation device are disclosed.

An air conditioner according to an embodiment includes: a main body frame, a panel frame facing a surface of the main body frame and comprising an inlet through which air is introduced into an inside of a main body portion and an outlet through which air is discharged to an outside of the main body portion, a grill panel arranged on a front surface of the panel frame, and a lighting module arranged between the panel frame and the grill panel and detachably coupled to a lighting module-coupling portion provided on a side of the panel frame at a specified height in a first direction perpendicular to a ceiling surface in a state in which the panel frame is installed on a ceiling.
