A support locks the rotatable member at a desired angle. At least one clamp is coupled to the support securing the exercise assembly to a building structure, wherein the at least one clamp moves in a forward and rearward direction relative to the building structure. At least one horizontal locking mechanism is coupled to the support securing the exercise assembly to the building structure, wherein the at least one horizontal locking mechanism moves in a horizontal direction relative to the building structure.

A variable hardness punching bag is disclosed herein. The punching bag comprises a core having a first hardness profile; and at least one auxiliary shell attachable to the core, wherein the at least one auxiliary shell has a second hardness profile different to the first hardness profile. The auxiliary shells include a punching shell and a kicking shell, wherein the punching shell is denser and harder relative to the kicking shell. The punching and kicking shells include attachment straps for facilitating attachment to the core.

A strike recording punching bag assembly includes a striking pad that is positionable at a beneficial location for striking training for receiving strikes from a trainee. A striking panel is positioned within the striking pad and the striking panel has a plurality of depressions therein. A plurality of pressure sensors is each of the pressure sensors is integrated into the striking pad to sense pressure from strikes delivered to the striking pad. Additionally, each of the pressure sensors is positioned in a respective depression. A transmitter is integrated into the striking pad and the transmitter is in communication with each of the pressure sensors. The transmitter is in wireless communication with an extrinsic electronic device wherein the transmitter is configured to facilitate the extrinsic electronic device to display the pressure sensed by the pressure sensors for enhancing feedback to the trainee.

A punching-training device includes a support body, having a seat end and an assembling end; a punching mechanism, including a plurality of punched members which are freely rotatable and separately mounted to the assembling end; wherein the assembling end includes small diameter shafts on which the punched members are rotatably mounted and are smaller than the seat end; the assembling end further includes a supporting rod, at least one interposed member and a stop portion, a first one of the small diameter shafts is connected between the supporting rod and the at least one interposed member, a second one of the small diameter shafts is arranged at an end of the at least one interposed member, and the stop portion is detachably connected at an end of the second one of the small diameter shafts.

Disclosed is a method, a device, a system and/or a manufacture of training utilizing a target comprising strike sectors and/or a mat comprising position sectors indicated to the user. In one embodiment, a method for combat training, athletic training, and workout includes determining a position sector ID from a training file associated with a position sector visually identified on a mat including a position detector. A strike sector ID is determined associated with a strike sector on a strike target capable comprising a strike detector and capable of receiving a strike from a human extremity. A first indicator signal is generated to communicate the foot placement to the user and a second indicator signal communicates the strike sector. A strike signal is received from the strike and/or a position signal is received from the foot placement on the mat. The user's strike and/or positioning performance may be assessed.

A training appliance to practice combat sports, contact sports or grappling sports, includes a punching bag having an envelope including a closing wall forming a bottom wall at the lower end thereof, and a second closing wall at the top end. The appliance includes a horizontal base for supporting the bag on the ground, that can be immobilized on the ground and on which the punching bag rests, by the wall thereof. A mechanical connection is established between the base and the wall, authorizing the pivoting movement of the bag around the point of contact between the wall and the sole. The bag also includes at least one unit for returning same to the vertical position.
