GLUTEAL MUSCLE EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device; the exercise device includes a flexible strap and anchor. The exercise device is used for exercising gluteal muscles of the user and provides users with an exercise tool used to complete different types of squat exercises with ease and convenience in the comfort of their own home.
ATTACHMENT APPARATUSES FOR SQUAT EXERCISES AND METHODS OF USING SAME
An exercise attachment apparatus for attachment to a lever arm pivotably connected to an exercise rack, comprising: at least one mounting prong connected to the lever arm; and, a stand comprising a pivot point, wherein the pivot point defines a pivot axis substantially transverse to a longitudinal axis of the lever arm, and wherein the stand is rotatable with respect to the lever arm about the pivot axis.
GLUTE PRESS EXERCISE MACHINE
A glute press exercise machine including: a four-bar linkage connected to a stationary frame; a rotatable back support connected to the four-bar linkage; a seat connected to the four-bar linkage; and a foot support connected to the stationary frame. A lower portion of the back support extends below the user's hips to support the users hips during a glute press exercise. This lower portion supports at least 10% of the user's weight. In operation, the seat rotates downwardly away from the user's hips during a glute press exercise and then rotates upwardly again to contact the user's bottom between every repetition of the glute press exercise. The four-bar linkage is pivotally connected to the stationary frame at a location near ground level. The foot support is positioned below 25 cm from the ground and extends forwardly beyond the front of the stationary frame.
Training Tool and Method of Manufacturing the Same
A training tool is formed in an integrated loop-like shape, which presents a substantially-wide rectangular frame as a whole in plan view by a pair of first grip parts that are substantially parallel to and opposed to each other and a pair of second grip parts that are substantially parallel to and opposed to each other with a distance narrower than the distance between the first grip parts. The first grip parts are formed in a straight or gently curved shape, while the second grip parts are bent in an arc in front view and are narrowed toward the inner side of the rectangular frame in plan view so that the middle portions thereof approach each other. Furthermore, the training tool is formed with a mixed resin material containing 50-80% of elastomer and 50-20% of polypropylene.
Exercise Tubing for High Intensity Interval Training and Methods of Use
An exercise apparatus for high intensity interval training, comprising a pair of elastomer tubing devices, each elastomer tubing device having a resting length, a resting inner diameter, a resting outer diameter, and a tube thickness. Each elastomer tubing device is stretchable beyond the resting length and further has a first end comprising a segment having a second outer diameter greater than said resting outer diameter for forming a hand grip for a user, and an opposing end including anchor portion to enable said opposing end to be releasably attached to a fixed mount. The elastomer tubing devices are independently affixable to one or more fixed mounts at a first distance between said opposing ends and a second distance above ground level to permit independent or tandem oscillation of the elastomer tubing devices by the user, said elastomer tubing devices being stretched a predetermined distance beyond the resting length and maintained at said predetermined distance during said oscillation. The mechanical impedance of the elastomer tubing devices being adjustable by the user working against inertia generated during said oscillation.
Mobility device
A mobility device designed to extend the usable field of movement for people with physical limitations by allowing them to descend to the ground and ascend to an upright position with ease. A user may bring the device within their vicinity, grab onto the articulating handles and safely reach the ground to engage in a ground activity. When the ground activity is completed, the user simply grabs onto the sloping handholds and ascends step-by-step until they have made their way to a standing position. The device is portable and can be stowed around the home. It is likely to be close to the user at all times, thus it is a safe means of ensuring support when a caretaker is not present.
Responsive hip stabilization device
The present invention is a responsive exercise device comprising a base having a first end and a second end, wherein the base has a plurality of compartments, a plurality of measurement sensors, a plurality of support panels secured to the base over the first set of the plurality of compartments, a plurality of positioning rails secured to the plurality of support panels, wherein the positioning rails have a plurality of openings sized to fit a bearing, a plurality of bearings positioned within the openings of the plurality of rails and between the support panels, wherein the plurality of bearings are retained in the openings and freely rotate; a first spring assembly positioned distal to the first end of the base, a second spring assembly positioned distal to the second of the base comprising, a plurality of plates positioned over the plurality of bearing assemblies and mechanically.
RESPONSIVE HIP STABILIZATION DEVICE
The present invention is a responsive exercise device comprising a base having a first end and a second end, wherein the base has a plurality of compartments, a plurality of measurement sensors, a plurality of support panels secured to the base over the first set of the plurality of compartments, a plurality of positioning rails secured to the plurality of support panels, wherein the positioning rails have a plurality of openings sized to fit a bearing, a plurality of bearings positioned within the openings of the plurality of rails and between the support panels, wherein the plurality of bearings are retained in the openings and freely rotate; a first spring assembly positioned distal to the first end of the base, a second spring assembly positioned distal to the second of the base comprising, a plurality of plates positioned over the plurality of bearing assemblies and mechanically
Hanger for attaching resistance to a barbell
A device for attaching accommodating resistance devices to a barbell, such as resistance bands or chains, is disclosed. This device is designed to attach to a barbell by sliding it onto the sleeve of a barbell, in the same way that weight plates slide onto the sleeves of the barbell. Once the device is installed on a barbell, the user is able to easily change resistance bands or add/subtract other weights by means of attachment such as a peg and/or points on the device. The device may be used for any lift or lifts, but is especially suited to powerlifting movements such as squat, bench press, and deadlift.
TRAINING INSTRUMENT AND INPUT DEVICE
A non-limiting example training instrument comprises a hollow main body formed of an aluminum alloy. The main body is constituted by two gripping portions opposite to each other with a space therebetween and a coupling portion coupling the two gripping portions. A load sensor is arranged in the coupling portion inside the main body. The load sensor is a load cell, a strain gauge affixed to an interior of the main body, and a part of the main body to which the strain gauge is affixed functions as a strain body. Therefore, if a user applies a force so as to bring the two gripping portions close to each other or a force so as to move the two gripping portions away from each other, a load thereof is detected by the load sensor.
