Multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation / workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine has a fight simulation headed/multi-headed, with or without arms, member that is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation headed member for a free standing fight simulation workout apparatus has at least one main support structure having a mounting means. The headed member comprises at least one head terminating at an elongated neck. When present, the arms are arranged to extend from or come out of different areas of said head, face and/or neck. Preferably, multiple heads are provided. The headed member includes a top mating mounting portion and the neck bottom includes a bottom mating mounting adapted to mount on bungee cords mounted through mounting means on the workout apparatus. The head or heads and protruding arms provide various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
System for automatic evaluation of martial arts moves
Methods, systems, and devices for automatically evaluating a martial arts move are described. The method may include identifying a distance between a target and a sensor coupled with a user and receiving motion data from the sensor. The motion data may include linear acceleration data and rotation data. The method may further include calculating, based on the distance and the linear acceleration data, an end point in three-dimensional space of the martial arts move and determining whether the user made contact with the target based on a comparison between the end point and a three-dimensional representant of the target. The method may further include determining a rotational characteristic of the move and comparing the rotational characteristic with a stored model of the move. The method may further include evaluating the move based on whether the user made contact with the target and the comparison of the rotational characteristic.
EXERCISE DEVICE ACCESSORY ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
An exercise device accessory attachment system including a training device having a support member having a first-end, a second-end, and a length, and an accessory attachment. The accessory attachment may include a ducking and blocking swivel arm, a strike bag, and an arm wrestle stand. The accessory attachment configured to be interchangeable and used for various strength and training exercises. The accessory attachment is linearly fixed to the first-end. The second-end is configured to slideably engage within a square tubing portion of a work-out bench and support the training device substantially vertically at a desired elevated position for use.
Multi-head, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation / workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
BOARD BREAKING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A board holder that is adapted for martial arts training has an elongate rod and at least one clamp disposed on an exterior surface of the elongate rod. The at least one clamp has a first clamping wall and a second clamping wall. The first and second clamping walls are adapted to secure a board. The board holder may also have a mount that is configured to be secured to a wall or a punching bag. Advantageously, a person may grip the board holder during training, as well as secure the board holder to the wall or punching bag.
Exercise assembly
An improved exercise assembly structured to be struck by a user includes a base supporting a shaft on a supporting surface. A support shaft extends outwardly from the supporting surface. At least one rotating targets is connected to the support shaft and extends outwardly. A resistance assembly is adjustably mounted on the shaft into and out of a position relative to a path of travel of at least one rotating target. The position includes the resistance assembly in engagement with at least one rotating target. The rotating target includes an elongated arm including a predetermined weighted construction and a safety portion thereon.
Martial arts training device
Disclosed is a martial arts training device that is worn on a trainer's waist, and a pair of movable leg-strike units provided on the outer surface of both legs of the trainer are controlled at similar directions, speeds and strengths to real kicking, such that defensive and offensive training simulating a real fight may be performed as the trainee defends from and strikes the movable leg-strike units. The martial arts training device according to the present invention includes a waist-mounted unit worn on a trainer's waist, and a pair of movable leg-strike units, each movably connected to opposite sides of the waist-mounted unit and having a handle on the outer surface thereof to allow a trainer to perform a movable operation thereof.
Performance evaluation equipment, systems and related methods
This disclosure relates to using a hand held target (e.g. tae kwon do paddle) as a tool for providing physical performance instructions according to a digital workout performance template loaded in advance.
TRAINING PANTS
The disclosed device aims to provide training pants to overload the user's leg with resistances and as a result increase their muscular force, thereby strengthening the user's legs, particularly designed for practicing taekwondo or karate, and consist of a belt and heel supports that are adjustable in order to tighten resistance bands that can be joined to the belt at the upper end thereof and to the heel supports at the lower end thereof, characterized in that they have kneepads with loops through which the resistance bands pass that create tension in the flexion angle on the rear part of the knees. The belt defines a surface that is adjustable to the user and has at least a snap-type buckle and it includes a series of ring-shaped holes that are reinforced on the outer edge thereof.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTESTING AND DETERMINING THE VICTOR OF A COMBAT SPORT
