Vacuum-Processing Device and Control Method Therefor, and Vacuum Soldering Device and Control Method Therefor
The invention enables quick evacuation of a chamber to a specified target degree of vacuum while increasing selectivity of evacuation conditions. A vacuum-processing device contains a chamber 40 that enables a workpiece to be soldered in a vacuum environment, an operating part 20 that sets a condition for evacuating the chamber 40, a pump 23 that evacuates the chamber 40, and a control portion 61 that calculates the amount of decrease in the degree of vacuum when evacuating the chamber 40 using a predetermined pump output, sets the calculated value as a reference value and switches an evacuation property from the evacuation property including a lower pump output to the evacuation property including a higher pump output when the calculated amount of decrease in degree of vacuum in real time has become smaller than the reference value.
Scroll compressor with variable volume ratio port in orbiting scroll
A compressor may include a first scroll member, a second scroll member and a drive shaft. The first scroll member may include a first end plate defining a first discharge port and a first spiral wrap extending from the first end plate. The second scroll member may include a second end plate defining a first variable volume ratio port and a second spiral wrap extending from the second end plate and meshingly engaged with the first spiral wrap and forming compression pockets. The variable volume ratio port may be located radially outward relative to the first discharge port and in communication with a first compression pocket. The drive shaft may be engaged with the second scroll member and driving orbital displacement of the second scroll member relative to the first scroll member.
MOTOR-DRIVEN COMPRESSOR AND COOLING SYSTEM
A motor-driven compressor is installed in a fuel cell vehicle to supply air to a fuel cell. The motor driven compressor includes a rotation shaft, an electric motor, a compression unit that compresses air, a housing that includes a motor chamber and a compression chamber, and a seal member that restricts a flow of a fluid between the motor chamber and the compression chamber. The housing includes an inlet and an outlet. The inlet draws, into the motor chamber, the air-conditioning refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator but has not reached the air-conditioning compressor as a low-temperature refrigerant. The outlet discharges the low-temperature refrigerant, which is drawn from the inlet into the motor chamber, out of the motor chamber.
Tip seal and scroll fluid machine using same
Provided is a tip seal that makes it possible to improve the durability of a tip seal installed on the tooth tip of a wall even when a continuously inclined section is provided to the wall. The tip seal is provided with: a tip seal inclined section (7A) installed in a groove section of a wall in which the height changes continuously in a spiral direction; and a tip seal flat section (7B) that is installed in a groove section of the wall in which the height is fixed in the spiral direction and that is adjacent to the tip seal inclined section (7A). A recess (8) is formed at a position away from the adjacent area between the tip seal inclined section (7A) and the tip seal flat section (7B).
Intermediate oil separator for improved performance in a scroll compressor
An oil lubrication system for a multi-stage compressor separates oil from a refrigerant at an intermediate pressure following the first stage of compression and then routes the separated oil at the intermediate pressure to the compressor suction cavity bearings at the intermediate pressure, thus avoiding further compression of oil in subsequent stages of compression. The efficiency of the multi-stage compressor can be increased by not raising the pressure of the oil through the subsequent stages of compression.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Provided is a scroll compressor, comprising a compression mechanism and a valve assembly. The compression mechanism is provided with a vent, and the valve assembly is used for selectively opening and closing the vent. The valve assembly comprises a valve plate and at least one valve piece. The valve plate comprises at least one valve orifice; and the valve piece is configured to selectively open and close the valve orifice. The scroll compressor further comprises a guide passageway. The guide passageway is provided with a first port communicating with the valve orifice and a second port communicating with the exhaust opening. The valve assembly and the compressor can significantly prolong the service life of the valve piece, and can provide good guidance for a fluid discharged from the compression mechanism, thereby significantly reducing the resistance of venting and the fluid pressure drop, and improving the effect of venting.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF
This scroll compressor is provided with a scroll member which has a compression chamber which compresses a work fluid, a housing which houses the scroll member, a second drive-side shaft (72c) which discharges compressed work fluid from the compression chamber and which rotates about an axis with respect to the housing, and a seal member (16) which contacts and forms a seal with the outer peripheral surface X of the second drive-side shaft (72c). On the outer peripheral surface (X) that contacts the seal member (16), the second drive-side shaft (72c) is provided with a surface hardened part (Y).
OIL SUPPLY MECHANISM OF ROTATING MACHINERY AND ROTATING MACHINERY HAVING OIL SUPPLY MECHANISM
An oil supply mechanism comprises: an oil pump device connected to a rotating shaft of a rotating machinery; a main oil supply passage formed in the rotating shaft substantially in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a bypass oil passage in communication with the main oil supply passage and allowing a part of lubricating oil in the main oil supply passage to flow out via the bypass oil passage. The bypass oil passage extends in a direction substantially transverse to the rotating shaft. The bypass oil passage is configured such that a radial distance from an outlet of the bypass oil passage to the axis of the rotating shaft is greater than the radius of the rotating shaft.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A SCROLL COMPRESSOR, AND CONTROLLER FOR A SCROLL COMPRESSOR
The invention relates to a method used to control a scroll compressor having a first and a second spiral, in particular that are arranged one inside the other. The first spiral can be moved by a motor relative to the second spiral for a decompression or compression operation of the scroll compressor. The invention reduces vibration (actual acceleration forces) in the scroll compressor to allow for a longer service life by adapting a torque curve of the motor on the basis of measured acceleration forces on the scroll compressor which, in turn, is based on the position and/or positional angle of the first spiral relative to the second spiral such that the acceleration forces are reduced below a threshold or minimized.
COMPRESSOR AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a housing, in which a compression chamber is provided; an injection pipeline installed in the housing and configured to inject a fluid into the compression chamber; and a solenoid valve installed on the injection pipeline in the housing and configured to allow or block off the injection of the fluid through the injection pipeline.
