The spherical bearing includes an outer member with a inner surface having a maximum inside diameter at an apex plane and extending a second width between opposing ends thereof and having second central plane located equidistant between the ends thereof. The inner member is disposed in an interior area of the outer member. The first central plane is coplanar with the apex plane and is axially offset from the second central plane. One of the opposing axial ends of the inner member is located entirely in the interior area and axially inward from ends of the outer member when the inner member is angularly misaligned relative to the outer member at non-zero angles up to 7 degrees.

The pair of flanges are placed in tapered narrow grooves of the first inner ring and the second inner ring, and the semi-circular protrusion is placed in a triangular shape space produced between the first inner ring and the second inner ring can be tightly connected to each other. The joining ring is made of a polymer material that facilitates ease in assembling and accurate positioning of the inner rings.
Gear motor for a motor vehicle wiper system
The invention relates to a gear motor (1) for a motor vehicle wiper system including an electric motor (2) including a rotor (20) and a rotation shaft (22) fixed to the rotor, a reduction gear mechanism (3) including a worm/worm wheel system, a device for generating an axial load configured to offset axial play of the rotation shaft (22), including a retaining wedge (6) mounted in a sliding manner in a radial direction of said rotation shaft (22), said retaining wedge (6) exerting an axial load on the outer race of a ball bearing (5) configured to guide the rotation shaft. According to the invention, said retaining wedge (6) is arranged in an intermediate position between the seat (40) of the bearing support (4) and the worm (30) directly adjacent to the worm wheel (31), said axial load (Fa) exerted by the retaining wedge (6) on the outer race (51) of the ball bearing (5) being in the direction away from the worm (30).
MULTILAYER SLIDE BEARING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MULTILAYER SLIDE BEARING
A method for producing a multi-layer sliding bearing includes: —providing a carrier body with a carrier body connecting surface, a surface structure being formed on the carrier body connecting surface, and the carrier body on the carrier body connecting surface having a carrier body material with a carrier body strength; —providing a bearing body with a bearing body connecting surface, the bearing body on the bearing body connecting surface having a bearing body material with a bearing body strength; —applying the bearing body to the carrier body, a carrier body connecting surface being turned towards a bearing body connecting surface; —pressing the bearing and carrier bodies together, wherein the bearing body, on the bearing body connecting surface, is plastically deformed and forms a positive locking connection with the carrier body connecting surface from the effect of the surface structure of the carrier body connecting surface.
Solar-Powered Electronic System
Disclosed herein includes a quick-release tubular seal including a tube having a first end and a second end. The quick-release tubular seal also includes first seal assembly configured to selectively seal against the first end of the tube and a second seal assembly configured to selectively seal against the second end of the tube. Additionally, the quick-release tubular seal includes a cam disposed on the first seal assembly, the cam being operable between a first position and a second position. The quick-release tubular seal includes a shaft mechanically coupled to the cam, the first seal assembly, and the second seal assembly, the shaft configured to actuate both the first seal assembly to seal against the first end of the tube and actuate the second seal assembly to seal against the second end of the tube when the cam is actuated from the first position to the second position.
Solar-Powered Electronic System
Disclosed herein includes a solar panel angle adjustment system for actuation with a single hand. The solar panel adjustment system includes a tensioned variable ribbon configured to adjust the angular position of the mounting panel. The system includes a gear adapted to adjust the tensioned variable ribbon and configured to translate between a first position and a second position. Additionally, in some examples, the system includes a gear shaft mechanically coupled with the gear and configured to translate between the first and second position and actuate the gear, but the gear shaft is locked when disposed in the first position. The system may also include a spring adapted to bias the gear from the second position to the first position. Furthermore, the tensioned variable ribbon can adjust the angle of the mounting panel in response to the gear shaft actuating the gear in the second position.
