Players move along numbered positions on the avaranam, symbolizing achieving progressively higher levels of awareness, until they reach the Bindu, which represents total self-awareness. The distance moved by each player is determined by how much awareness that player has accumulated, as acquired by the players by playing awareness cards. Various other cards are provided which allow the players to interact, such as by taking cards from other players. The board game provides an entertaining past time, while simultaneously exposing players to aspects of Hindu culture, which may be of benefit to both Hindus and non-Hindus.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AN INTERACTIVE BOARD GAME
The present invention relates to an interactive board game system and method composed of game equipment. The present invention further comprises a board game management device (PL) having a touch screen (Ec) comprising a plurality of antennas, several antennas (Ant1a, Ant1b, Ant1c to Ant8a, Ant8b, Ant8c) disposed at the periphery of the board game management device, each item of game equipment (Ca1, Ca2, Ca3, Ca4, Ca5, Ca6, P1, P2, P3, P4, De) comprises at least one radio-identification tag that is activated by an antenna of the board game management device when the equipment is in a zone comprising the antenna and which in response delivers a signal received by the antenna and transferred to the board game management device, and the board game management device comprises a means (Ce) for displaying information to the players of the board game that changes according to the placement of the game equipment on the screen or in the vicinity of the antennas disposed at the periphery.
Seven-face gaming die with equal probability
A gaming die is provided, that has a generally spherical body and a plurality of substantially planar faces distributed around the die. The spherical body defines lands extending between pairs of the plurality of faces. A plurality of bosses positioned on the spherical body between respective pairs of the plurality of faces.
HUMAN- AND MACHINE-READABLE CRYPTOGRAPHIC KEYS FROM DICE
The systems and methods herein provide for human- and machine-readable cryptographic keys from dice. In one embodiment, the system places a number of dice into an arrangement to fill a dice grid. The number of dice each contains a number of faces, and each of the faces of the dice includes an image. The system then captures, via a client device, an image of the arrangement. The system generates a cryptographic key from the captured image. This cryptographic key is a human-readable and machine-readable representation of the arrangement in a canonical sequence.
TABLETOP GAME
The present invention relates to a tabletop game, a more particular to a multiple player board game having multiple modes and levels of play that can be constructed into various gameplay tiers.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONDUCTING A WAGERING PROCESS
The present invention in one form provides apparatus for conducting a wagering process including a number of playing dice, a playfield adapted for use of the dice, the playfield including a wagering layout having indicia representing a number of different final game results, and retaining means for retaining selected dice according to the outcome of a first cast of the dice matching one or more first criteria and, for any remaining dice after the first cast, retaining further selected dice according to the outcome of the first cast of the dice together with the outcome of one or more successive casts of the remaining dice matching one or more successive criteria, respectively.
Dice angle game
A dice angle game is played on an apparatus that has a playing surface, at least one side wall, at least one barrier within the playing area, at least one demarcated scoring area, at least one enhanced scoring area of sufficient size for at least one die to enter, and a plurality of dice. The game is played by rolling a dice against a side wall and trying to have it land in a scoring area.
STRATEGIC GAME, GAME SYSTEM AND GAME METHOD
A strategic game played on a game board with a plurality of spaces using game piece types having different strengths. Two dice control play and movement of the game pieces about the game board. One six-sided die contains four colors corresponding to the players' game pieces and two jokers. A second six-sided die contains four directions and two jokers. Rolls of the two dice control game piece movements about the game board. When one player's higher strength game piece lands on a same space as another player's lower strength game piece, the lower strength game piece is removed from the game. Various action game board spaces allow (i) pieces to move quickly to a different position on the board, (ii) players secure another turn to roll the dice and (iii) removal of pieces or put into jail. Different strength game pieces can move different distances on the game board.
Spelling game with a block of character labeled dice
Disclosed is a set of a plurality dice useful for playing a spelling game among multiple players and an exemplary method of playing the game. The plurality of dice is assembleable to form a dice block attractive for packaging. Typically, all of the dice are cube shaped and of the same dimensions. Each die of the set has each of its faces labeled with a character set consisting of one or more letters of the alphabet. The manner of play can be varied by altering the total number of individual dice in the dice set used for play, for example from 125 dice to 100 dice, by adding or removing dice specifically color-coded for that purpose. Thus the manner of play can be adjusted to alter the difficulty of play or the total time of play.
ENCAPSULATED ILLUMINATED DIE
An illuminated game piece, such as a die or dice in which an electrical circuit powering a light source are encapsulated by a material forming a body of the game piece. The electrical circuit includes an inductive charging coil, an energy storage device and at least one illumination device. The inductive charging coil may be coupled to an inductive charger to replenish the energy storage device. When encapsulated, there are no ports or external connectors and the integrity of the game piece is assured so that is no change in game play.
